Nicole was phenomenal when helping me plan a getaway for our kiddo who was turning 13! She wanted warm weather and animal experiences and Nicole made it happen! The hotel was amazing and seeing white rhinos, giraffes, elephants was icing on the top. It was unforgettable! Nicole planned an amazing birthday trip to Disney World for me and one of my best friends. We only had a few days there. From the first phone call to last minute info and help, Nicole was there every step of the way, making two folks who had never planned their own travel adventure feel safe and comfortable about heading out on a 40th anniversary adventure together !! She found substitutes and offered options that hit all our markers! We ended up loving every moment of our amazing trip. What a dream she was to work with. I had never used a travel agent before and she was more than a person could ask for. She was informative and attentive. She paid attention to detail AND any deals that happened along the way. Our trip was unique in the way of a "blended" family vacation and she was receptive and flexible in helping make this trip happen. Our 7 day vacation was easy, informative, and there were zero issues! Thanks to her, my son had an epic 16th birthday trip!

We went on a quick trip to check out the holiday celebrations at both Disney and Universal. Nicole was instrumental in helping us to make some last minute changes that allowed us to add a day Epcot to the Disney portion of our trip. She also helped us to get tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and provided us with tips to make the most of our time at the special event. She also provided guidance as to how to best enjoy time in Universal's parks.

She was able to reserve all of our dining choices and extras. There is no way we would have been able to do this without her. She was a pleasure to work with. She was always timely in her responses as we were preparing to leave on vacation but especially on our trip home as we were scheduled to fly back into a Nor'easter. She worked with us and set up a back up plan in case our flight back to Boston was cancelled. She monitored our return flight (connection in Miami from St. Lucia) and provided updates.

Nicole was a great trip planner to work with. This was why we went with her a second time after our great first experience, and why we will be using her for our next trip as well. She has a great grasp on the ins and outs/ups and downs of what we were planning to do. When some last minute changes outside of our control interfered with the trip (twice!) she was able to quickly help make adjustments so that we didn't have to worry about anything. She even helped us with some valuable information that helped us have a smooth experience on the trip, despite having to deal with the impact of health difficulties on navigating the parks.

We have been to Disney before, but not as since before COVID and not as a family of 5 (which presented new logistical challenges). Nicole was instrumental in helping us to find accommodations that would be comfortable for us all, planning our dining and educating us in the ways of Genie+. When it comes to booking dining, we were completely blown away. Nicole secured our top picks like Space 220, Topolino's and Cinderella's Royal Table! Before we left on our trip Nicole sent us a guide to making the most of our Disney vacation which was awesome because so much has changed. Whenever we needed Nicole during our trip, she responded right away! She's fabulous! We are already talking about Universal for next year!

Nicole was so helpful in planning this trip. It had to be delayed and rescheduled multiple times over the past two years due to the pandemic. Nicole helped with working through the impact this had each time with a laugh and a smile. She worked with me to get a great insight into what I wanted to do on my trip and had great insight into trying to plan. Nicole was helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely accessible in all stages of the vacation planning and vacation process. We wanted to go to Disney in April, but we unable to do so with all of the restrictions put into place for Covid-19 at the time ( the safety precautions at WDW were fine, but our places of work had other restrictions). She was able to help us change our trip to June so our children could experience the magic of Disney prior to returning to school. Nicole helped us review all of our options for parks and planned out an itinerary that jet our wants, needs, and used her expert knowledge of the parks. Since meeting characters was one of our favorite parts of the Disney experience, Nicole booked us reservations for two character meals that even took into account the very picky eater that would be with us. Nicole was available to answer questions about Magic Bands, food delivery, and other trivial things even after we got to our resort! It was a magical vacation!

Working with Nicole was so easy! We never had to wait or worry if she was going to get back to us and she always understood our questions and answered them well. Her advice was always given in the best way for us to receive it - when we needed it most! I have traveled lots in the past, both through my own booking and with another agent, and this was the first time I did not have to worry if I (or my agent) did everything correctly with all the moving pieces. I enjoyed my vacation with complete confidence that Nicole had setup everything perfectly (despite having to rebook so many times due to COVID)! We definitely look forward to the next trip knowing Nicole will be helping us.

Nicole was extremely helpful in every aspect of the planning process and even when we were there. (she looked up possible spas because my daughter's back was seizing up in case we needed to get her a massage) She streamlined everything and went out of her way to answer questions in a timely fashion.
