always answered any questions I had very quickly. When the hotel made a mistake with my reservations, he was ready to fix it and kept me updated through the whole process. We wanted to go to Disney but didn't know where to start. Ryan was it! He took the overwhelming feelings of planning the most magical trip of our children's lives off our shoulders & guided us through the entire process. He took the time to get to know us & understand what we wanted in our trip. He suggested hotels, park days & restaurants and he booked it all! One of my favorite things about Ryan is that he has travelled Disney many times with his own children, with his wife and solo. This experience is invaluable. He was available, very responsive & a pleasure to speak with over the phone. He answered every single one of my 1,826 questions, even the ones I asked three times. We spent a week at Disney with our children & in-laws. We felt so prepared; we enjoyed every single day & made the most of every moment. The smiles on our kids’ faces are something we will never forget. We owe our wonderful experience at Disney to Ryan’s incredible planning and insight. We highly recommend Ryan!

Ryan is a phenomenal travel agent. My wife and I had used two other Disney vacation planners before working with Ryan, and his expertise, suggestions, and attentiveness were far and away more impressive than anyone else we've used before. He not only maximized our experience. He saved us a lot of money with his strategies, too. We found his tips invaluable.
One perfect example was his advice to us on how to win the Rise of the Resistance (Star Wars ride) lottery. Ryan's help allowed us to ride it not just once, but on both days we were scheduled to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios Park. Considering most folks don't even get to ride it once (due to enormous demand), we can't say enough about how much we appreciate Ryan and his strategies.
His ideas on where to stay, and the benefits that come with those hotels not only saved us a ton of money but also gave us VIP access, too (at Universal Studios).

Rayn was suggested to us by a friend and from the start he was informative and helpful. Ryan was there for us on every step of the vacation. Ryan delivered a personalized package for us. Very knowledgeable. Also, very available. Always fun and friendly. Very timely in response. Good communication.
We worked with his boarding group instructions; didn’t get the morning time slot. Pivoted from going to the park to going to breakfast. Navigated transportation poorly. Ryan was responsive and constructive on how to fix the situation in real time. Hadn’t experienced service like that elsewhere. Got the afternoon boarding group, with his instructions.
Only criticism was not knowing/retaining the age configuration of our party. Park tickets were purchased for someone to young to need them. He handled the refund perfectly and never made us feel stuck. Still, something that could be avoided.
I also know Ryan personally, so candid feedback is awkward? Overall I’ll never work with anyone else.

Ryan worked with us for months to set up the vacation to Universal and Disney that we were giving to our kids as a holiday present. He was always very responsive and gave us all of our options while giving his personal advice on what would be best for our budget. I've read books, watched countless videos, joined Facebook groups...all in preparation for this trip - but nothing compares to the insight and advice that can only come from Ryan! He's made planning this trip super simple: he's very quick to respond to all of my random questions, he knows all about the resorts and different restaurants, he knows where all the best spots are for whichever characters you are looking for, among other things! A first Disney trip with small children can be very overwhelming, but with Ryan's help - you get to sit back and just enjoy the magic! This is our 2nd time using Ryan and he has made us Disney Pros! Ryan really takes the time to get to know your family, and he is able to tailor your trip to each families' individual needs. Our first trip we stayed at a Deluxe property and this time around, we were looking for a more budget friendly option. Ryan is very honest and took the time to talk us through all the options. He didn't try to upsell us, but gave his expert opinion and provided the same premiere service though we were spending thousands less! Ryan goes above and beyond and always makes himself accessible to answer any last minute questions and provided tips even while we were at the parks. I recommend Ryan to all of my friends!

Our family has had the best experience working with Ryan! He spent so much time working with us to plan a vacation that truly fit our family's dream when going to Disney World. I so appreciated the amount of time he spent on the phone discussing all the details with me, and how available and responsive he was. Unfortunately our vacation was canceled due to a hurricane and Ryan jumped right in to help us with all the cancellations and logistics we had to figure out. We made a quick change of plans to Disney Land and within days he had helped to plan another awesome vacation. He spent more time on the phone with me and also time searching for reservations at the park for us. We are looking forward to going on this vacation finally and know that he was a big part in helping this come together so smoothly.
