By day, I'm a research-loving librarian and mom to a fiery kiddo. By rest-of-day, I'm a travel planner specializing in Disney and Universal vacations. 

Back in 2018, I was looking for ways to utilize my love and knowledge of Disney travel; one of the owners of Magic Vacations reached out to say that they were hiring, and the rest, as they say, is history. I joined and have loved every minute of helping couples, families, and friends to create magic vacations to last a lifetime!

Cassie is amazing! She is an expert at all things Disney. She was so helpful in the planning stages - advising us on when the best time was to visit, where to stay, what to see & do. She took all of my stress away as she really planned out each day with an itinerary to follow that included all of our must do experiences. She even woke up early to snag the best dining reservations and fast passes for us. Planning a Disney trip on my own felt overwhelming but with Cassie’s expertise it was so much fun!

First Disney Trip for the Littles ??????

Cassie did her very best to make sure our Disney vacation met all of our expectations. She listened to our budget, she listened to our priorities and she delivered! We traveled as a group of 8 and had the best time! Cassie gave us tips for dining, hotel options, and traveling within the parks. She also saved us money, taking advantage of deals that popped up after we booked. We will be booking again with Cassie soon!

Cassie is wonderful to work with! At the beginning of every stay, I feel like I am constantly making changes but she never complains and is always helpful in trying to get some of the details planned out. She has gone above and beyond by grabbing fast passes (we they were a thing) to rides that we wanted. Worked very hard and with others in her group to get us Boo Bash tickets last year. She even checked in while we were there to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our first trip she gave us helpful hints and explained things so that we weren't completely lost. We enjoy working with her each time!

Cassie is a great to work with for all my travel planning needs! She is knowledgeable and passionate about getting her clients a custom experience. I love that she gives detailed itinerary but also works in times to explore. Cassie really takes the stress out of planning to make the trip more enjoyable!
