Kristi Hogan was an excellent travel agent for our family of four. Our boys are 9 and 11 years old, and my husband was sort of a 'Disney skeptic' prior to the trip. Upon returning from our trip, my 'skeptic husband' has stated a few times now that he can't wait to go back. Kristi was beyond helpful when giving us the best advice for how to maximize the fun on our vacation. She provided us with a detailed packet about the resort, about the Genie+ and Lightning Lane options and even gave us a suggested plan for how to structure each day of our trip. Her packet included suggestions for restaurants and snacks, listed times of firework and evening shows, and even outlined the transportation options to and from the airport and to and from the resorts.
