I can’t recommend Ana enough as a travel agent. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my family trip was not only booked perfectly, but that every single detail was handled with care.
I’ll be honest, I had a lot going on during the planning process, and let’s just say things weren’t exactly smooth on my end. From last minute trip on top of last minute changes to way too many questions, she handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. She didn’t just book our flights and hotel, she helped us with customs paperwork, gave reminders for documents we didn’t even realize we needed, and checked in every step of the way.
She thought of things I never would have: transportation from the airport, the best times to fly with a toddler, even tips on what to pack for the local weather. It honestly felt like having a personal concierge from the moment we booked until we arrived back home safely.

We explained thar this would be our first vacation after my sisters passing. So I was anxious and nervous about it. Well she swooped right in and made us very comfortable with our vacation all together. She is very knowledgeable with information, she is very attentive to your needs when planning. She was available when I had any questions or concerns . Overall she is by far the best agent I ever had, not only did we have the best vacation ever. Ana was such a wonderful and vital component to ensuring our family had the best vacation! I've been on Disney cruise lines before and do a decent amount of research, but have always missed the mark in choosing a room. For the first time not only did we have to connecting balcony staterooms but they were in a quiet space with minimum movement and a perfect view of castaway kay! Ana also eased my fears of the covid 19 process and walked me through all the paperwork/QR codes etc. Also, we had an issue where we had to swap out a member of the team and she helped make the process so smooth. Excellent recommendations for excursions and experiences. Communication was effortless, clear, and punctual. Ana is adept and flexible with calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetups.
