I love designing top-notch, fully customized Alaskan and European land and cruise vacations, including river cruises, for busy families, couples and individuals! Adventurous Trip to Colorado

Our family appreciated the excellent communication when working with our travel agent, Jeff Smith!!! Jeff was very accessible during the vacation designing process and cared about making sure we were satisfied with our vacation plans. Jeff listened to the family vacation we envisioned for our trip to Colorado and made our dreams a reality! He helped us create a vacation that was full of enjoyment and adventure, with excursions that included activities such as climbing in a cave, horseback riding in the mountains, and soaking in aqua colored hot springs. Awesome Experience!

Jeff and Kate were true lifesavers when helping my friend and I travel to a few countries in Europe. We had a frustrating experience with the airlines cancelling tickets the day before our flight, but Jeff and Kate made the experience way less stressful than it could have been by waiting on the phone for hours to ensure that we got our tickets for our trip. On top of that, they touched in with us every so often during our travels to make sure that everything was going well. It was so comforting knowing that they were there to handle any situation, and it took a load off of our shoulders. Thank you!
