With over 30 years in the travel industry, I have witnessed the profound transformation of our world and the travel landscape. Since 1995, when I first entered the industry fresh out of travel school and in an era when we were still handwriting tickets, I’ve adapted, evolved, and thrived. In 2025, I can proudly say not only have I survived the industry's rapid changes, but I’ve gained invaluable experience and momentum along the way.

My career began in corporate travel, which provided me with a strong foundation for understanding the ins and outs of customer service and providing the best value possible. This experience taught me how to meet the diverse needs of clients while ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.However, my true passion lies in leisure travel. I love to travel, and my enthusiasm is what has fueled my career for three decades. I get as excited about planning your trip as I do planning my own! Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise to include cruises, tours, and the highly-specialized FIT (Fully Independent Travel) itineraries. FIT planning has become one of my specialties, allowing me to craft customized travel experiences that are seamless, personalized, and perfectly tailored to your needs.

As my career has progressed, I’ve honed my expertise in specific destinations that I adore. Ireland, Czechia & Central Europe, South Africa, and Australia are places I’m particularly passionate about. What draws me back to these locations time and time again is the people. While natural wonders and historic cities certainly excite me, it's the opportunity to experience a destination's culture, be welcomed by the locals, and truly feel like family that captivates me the most.

In the world of cruising, I have explored both large and small ship options. My preferred small-ship cruise lines include AMA Waterways, Viking Cruises, Swan Hellenic, Oceania, Ponant, Silversea, Crystal, and American Cruise Lines. But I also specialize in larger cruise lines such as Cunard, Celebrity, Azamara, Holland America, and Princess.Lately, I’ve become captivated by the thrill of expedition cruising. This unique form of travel combines structured itineraries with the excitement of the unknown, creating an opportunity for unexpected adventures and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

I’ve had the pleasure of booking Lindblad, Hurtigruten, NatGeo, Atlas, Scenic, and Ponant for years, and I'm currently focusing on new expedition vessels from Viking, Ponant, Swan Hellenic, and Crystal, all of which are leading the way in expedition cruising with new ships set to launch in 2026 and beyond.Whether you're looking for a customized tour, a luxurious cruise, or an unforgettable expedition journey, I’m here to bring my expertise and passion for travel to make your dreams a reality.
