Sue is fantastic to work with which is probably more than I can say for us. :-) We like to research our destination thoroughly prior to researching a potential agent. Our destination was Australia and after several failed attempts to find an Australian agent who could meet our expectations we turned our focus to the Twin Cities market which led us to Sue. Sue listened to our drafted itinerary, provided outstanding input based upon industry knowledge and personal experience (she really knows the Australian tour possibilities) and crafted an "experience of a life time" for us (first time clients). Three more services we want to highlight. Sue coordinated all our tours, all our transfers to and from airports and placed us into hotels which were strategically located to maximize our experience.

Awesome Wild West Adventure

Sue helped me determine if this destination was a good fit for what we wanted and also encouraged me to purchase travel insurance as I was booking out almost a year. Great advise as my spouse broke his leg and couldn't make the trip. The rest of the family's adventures included seeing grizzly bears, buffalos, elk, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding. The ranch had awesome food, great service, clean cabins, and best of all fun employees who were there to show us a great time. This is a trip we would do again! It was something different every day.

Late last year we traveled to NYC. Sue understood our concerns about staying "close to the action" and staying in a safe (and affordable) area. She found us great rates for our flights and an amazing hotel just a block or so away from Times Square. Australia-Fabulous Mix of City and National Parks

Sue was so helpful in planning our 14 day trip to Australia. We personally asked for a very full schedule visiting the Great Barrier Reef, Tasmania, Melbourne and Sydney and Sue planned flights, accommodations, some excursions and handled all critical pieces. Sue picked fabulous accommodations that fit our needs as a family of 4. That included accommodations in perfect locations so we could access some of the highlights of the cities . She left some of the planning to us as we requested so we had some days to schedule for ourselves. Her work was very timely and her communication was really great! We would definitely use her again!

When my wife said she wanted to take the family on an Alaskan cruise on short notice, Sue was extremely helpful. We had never taken any type of cruise. Beautiful SCUBA destination

Honeymoon Trip

My fiancee (now husband) and I have never worked with a travel agency before but since we were overwhelmed with trying to plan our honeymoon trip ourselves we decided to try Travel Leaders. We were a little hesitant in the beginning, but after first speaking with Sue over the phone we felt more comfortable. She provided us great options based on our budget and she was very friendly with answering our many questions.
Sue found us a beautiful resort in Maui Hawaii that was within our budget. When we first walked into our hotel room the first thing we noticed was a box of chocolates with a note from Sue. This was very welcoming especially after our long flight from Minnesota. After discovering the ocean view room we requested faced the courtyard instead of the ocean, Sue was able to change it to an actual ocean view room. She did this on a Saturday!
Sue went beyond our expectations to make sure we enjoyed our honeymoon at a beautiful location.
