Kendra was amazing!! We ran into a small issue during our trip and she responded immediately and helped, even checked in later go make sure we were doing okay! Everything was taken care of and mailed to us before our trip! Very seamless process!

Overall the ship experience was great. We enjoyed Miami Beach, Swimming with the Rays and Bimini. I would recommend Never Settle Travels!

Kendra was great! We had an anniversary trip planned to Chicago and needed a hotel close enough to Wrigley Field, as we were going to a Cubs game, but also in our price range. She found a couple options and provided for us to choose. I didn’t get back to her in time but she understood and sent me new quotes! She made the trip seem very easy. Kendra helped us plan our trip to Riviera Maya for a wedding in March. She was great in helping us pick the right resort at the Barcelo and got us an awesome room upgrade! I can't speak highly enough of Kendra and Never Settle Travels. From the in person consultation to the very moment we arrived at home, Kendra was attentive and so detail oriented. She took care of everything! It was our first time using a travel agency and it was the best decision we could have made. Our trip consisted of an overnight stay in Miami before embarking on a Virgin Cruise and it was the best week of our lives! We have Kendra to thank for that! It was stress free and so easy! We have used Kendra for 4 trips abroad and she has been there for us throughout the whole trip. Only a text message or phone call away at anytime, any problem. This last trip was to Punta Cana where we experienced a tropical storm coming in with 15 inches of rain expected and high winds two days before leaving. We cut our trip short a day, contacted Kendra at 7:30 at night and she spent about 1 1/2 hrs on phone with airlines and transportation to see that we flew out the next day and had transportation to the airport. Kendra makes traveling feel like she is right there with you making sure you have the best and safest trip. Can't say enough good about her!!

Once again, Kendra literally "pulled our butts out of the water"! My husband and I were sitting on the beach in Punta Cana, DR, last Monday 8/21, when we got an alert from our airlines suggesting we try to book a later flight than our scheduled flight on 8/23, because of the approaching tropical storm Frederick. We did not want to try and wait out the storm, so we contacted Kendra and asked if she could possibly get us out on a flight the next day. She worked feverishly for several hours on the phone with the airlines and got us booked for a flight the next day. She then walked us through how to "do" a connecting flight, as neither my husband or I had ever had to do that and didn't know what happened with luggage, etc. She NEVER acts like we're asking too much or that we are the inexperienced travelers that we are!

I have never had better service through a travel agency than with Never Settle Travels. Kendra was always there for us whenever we needed anything, even from Mexico. She answers right away and takes care of whatever she can! Before the trip, she sent us periodic helpful hints, even directions on how to get from the baggage claim to the private transportation in the parking lot! I have used Never Settle Travels twice and won't hesitate to use again. Kendra definitely provides A #1 service.
