Hello Jennifer, We wanted to say thank you sooo much for putting this trip together for us!! We honestly thought we were going to be just checking off a bucket list, item of blue water, and the Caribbean experience. It ended up being so much more than that for us. The Location couldn’t have been better, although hearing about other regular visitors experiences elsewhere has us wanting to explore even more in years to come. The casual flow of food, beach lounging, breezy sunshine days , with a few sprinkles of showers, the SPA (twice)!! We couldn’t get enough of it all. We are so looking forward to planning another trip in 2027 with my daughter & whoever else. For sure we will be flying out closer to home & leaving our vehicle in daily parking (no questions of cost ever again). Lessons learned on that front. It was our doing… poor planning (been too long since we traveled abroad). We appreciated you prompts of early check in on the airline app. The eticket & customs part was a breeze. We DO plan to become TSA Pre-Check certified & any other added easy tricks we can do or remember. Overall Bobby’s experience & first time flying was great (w/ a good life lesson experience thrown in). It was great with an ugly moment but not bad at all. Such is a life well lived & traveled.

I typically plan my own trips, but I decided to work with Jennifer to create a special graduation trip for my goddaughter to France, Italy, and the UK—and I’m so glad I did! Absolutely wonderful trip. My husband and I wanted to do something different and special for our anniversary. We called Jennifer and shared with her our desire to take a river cruise. Jennifer with Joy by Journey has booked all of our vacations since she launched her business. We have taken several cruises and gone to Vegas, New York, Italy, and most recently, Greece. Jennifer has done a fabulous job of communicating with us and putting together a trip that meets our interest. She has planned several cooking classes and some really authentic experiences that we have loved. Jennifer is professional, accessible, and most importantly, she listens to the needs of her clients.

What a fantastic trip this was. Jennifer did a great job. The good: Accommodations were top notch. We could have stayed in the Mill House in Santorini forever. The Devani Palace was a wonderful and convenient place. Sofitel was perfect for the airport, very up scale. Transportation was great in Santorini. Excursions were very informative. The Acropolis and Museum were the highlight. I couldn’t get enough Greek food, gained 5 pounds.
The not so good: The arranged transportation in Athens was not very good. On arrival day I called in to switch our arrival time, no driver was there. We were picked up to leave for Santorini and a cab was our transportation. We were dropped off at the departure terminal at the wrong end of the building. Rather than paying for arranged drivers I might as well have just taken a taxi.
I will end this by saying it was a fantastic trip. We were very happy and really loved it. It was everything that made our 50th anniversary very special.

Our cruise was absolutely perfect! Service was top notch! Joy by journey (Jennie) made the booking easier than I could ever have asked for. We will definitely use her again! Michael was our room attendant and he couldn’t of done a better job making us feel at home. My granddaughter absolutely loved all of the animals he made. The food was also fantastic and so were the drinks.

Jennifer is a great travel agent. She helps with finding us the best prices for our vacations. If we are not able to find an excursion with our cruise company, she finds us great excursions thru a third party. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip to Greece planned by Joy by Journey. We traveled to Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. It was truly a trip of a lifetime that we will cherish forever! Throughout the entire planning process, Jennie was super responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I can honestly say that our honeymoon was the best part of our wedding experience!

I tell everyone that I know that is wanting to go on a trip, to contact Jennifer! She will do all of the hard work for you, from finding a place to stay, getting a rental car, booking things to do while on vacation, etc .. All you have to do is go and everything is taken care of when you get there! She saved me a good bit of money too that I would have had to spend if I had booked everything myself .. Everything was planned out perfectly.

My son and I travelled to Florence, Porto Ercole, Rome, and Venice with a road trip through Tuscany. It was such a great trip! Jennifer is super knowledgable about traveling in general and about Italy specifically. She found Porto Ercole for us when we wanted to visit the coast but did not have the time for Amalfi. It was perfect: a beautiful, quiet seaside town where we were able to slow down a bit after Florence and before Rome. The hotels that Jennifer chose for us were really nice. All of them within walking distance to major attractions. All of them provided great customer service and a beautiful breakfast to get the day started. Jennifer's food recommendations hit the spot! My son had already devoured a Florentine steak on his own (he arrived in Florence days before me) but happily shared another one with me when I arrived. And she is right about the wine ;)

The point is though, that an email or text to Jennifer while traveling was always answered and supportive.
