It was a great experience working with Jennifer! Jennifer was very quick to respond with our wishes for an all inclusive vacation. Great suggestions, we feel we received a very good deal. Very clear and detailed instructions we received in the mail. For a first time at an all inclusive, it was a very seamless stress free experience.

Jennifer has always gone way above expected when it comes to helping us with travel plans. I have called with a vague idea of where and when we wanted to vacation and within a few days she gave us multiple options. She has suggested wonderful resorts and locations. When last minutes changes needed to be made, it was so comforting to know that she had handled every detail. When we wanted to travel with other friends, Jennifer worked with their travel agent so that we all our plans were coordinated. I would recommend Jennifer to everyone I know and would give her a 10 out of the 1-5 scale!!!

Jennifer kept us informed of changes, updates, etc. and spent a lot of time finding a pre-embarkation shore excursion much better for our schedule and interests than what was previously available.

She sent reminders about payment dates and excellent, thorough information the week before we left so we could plan and knew what to expect at the airports. It was extremely helpful and made me feel more comfortable knowing what the process would be, specifically at the Cancun airport where things are a little different than in the US.

We have used Jennifer for about the last 15 years. Her experience and knowledge have been spot on. The first destination she recommended to us is still our favorite. We have been back to the resort numerous times. The others she has recommended have also been great. There have been a few times when we were interested in other resorts that we found online, and she pointed out things we wouldn’t have known: it was a further drive from the airport, the beach was rockier than our favorite resort, there was remodeling going on, etc. So we feel the first hand personal attention we get is much better than booking online. She also keeps an eye on prices, and (because we had taken out cancellation insurance) was able to refund a portion of our trip after the price dropped. So just before we left on our trip not only did she give us our tickets and travel documents, she let us know we’d be seeing a nice credit on our credit card!

Her professionalism is exceptional, and she goes above and beyond what may be expected. Five stars isn't high enough for her rating, I would give her a 10+.

Jennifer is the only travel agent I will work with. I have referred her many times. I book 1 to 2 trips per year with her. She is a 5 plus. We have booked too many trips with her to determine the best trip. I am hoping our Disney Cruise coming up is one of our best. Last year trip to Secrets was very good.
