Never disappointed

Jennifer has always gone way above expected when it comes to helping us with travel plans. I have called with a vague idea of where and when we wanted to vacation and within a few days she gave us multiple options. She has suggested wonderful resorts and locations. When last minutes changes needed to be made, it was so comforting to know that she had handled every detail. When we wanted to travel with other friends, Jennifer worked with their travel agent so that we all our plans were coordinated. I would recommend Jennifer to everyone I know and would give her a 10 out of the 1-5 scale!!!

We love the Iberostar Resorts

We have used Jennifer for about the last 15 years. Her experience and knowledge have been spot on. The first destination she recommended to us is still our favorite. We have been back to the resort numerous times. The others she has recommended have also been great. There have been a few times when we were interested in other resorts that we found online, and she pointed out things we wouldn’t have known: it was a further drive from the airport, the beach was rockier than our favorite resort, there was remodeling going on, etc. So we feel the first hand personal attention we get is much better than booking online. She also keeps an eye on prices, and (because we had taken out cancellation insurance) was able to refund a portion of our trip after the price dropped. So just before we left on our trip not only did she give us our tickets and travel documents, she let us know we’d be seeing a nice credit on our credit card!
