I contacted Deborah months ago about a family trip to Japan. The trip itself was wonderful, but what I especially liked about Debbie was both her knowledge of the country and her willingness to spend time talking to me about things as wide ranging as how to dress, manners in Japan and whether or not to tip. Her information was invaluable.

Rather than sell us a packaged trip, which we didn't want, she helped up sketch out independent travel. Her suggestion for a hotel could not have been more perfect. She booked a few day tours, just enough but not too much, and arranged rail passes.

Even though she is in Maryland and I'm in Florida, things worked well. I can't recommend her enough.
