I have used Jayme many many times to book my trips both internationally and intercontinental. With each trip Jayme planned and booked quickly while keeping me in the loop making sure the bookings were exactly what I wanted.

Jayme is the best travel agent ever! She has traveled a lot herself and has excellent first hand knowledge of many of the destinations I want to visit. She gives great recommendations & answers all my questions. Best of all, I give her my credit card # and she does everything else.

Jayme planned our trip to Greece and Italy. In the beginning she was very gracious with her time and energy put into planning transportation, hotel accommodations and excursions. She was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the entire planning process about itinerary. Even had to call her when we arrived in Santorini and not entirely happy with the accommodations (the website wasn’t accurately portraying what it actually was). Jayme answered and then helped with alternative accommodations quickly. I would definitely use her again to plan another trip in the future.

We had a large group of 20 that traveled to Punta Cana for a vacation. This was over the holiday season so it was a busy travel time. Our return flight for almost the entire group was cancelled the night before we were supposed to leave to return home. The airlines had a 4 hour wait when we called them. Jayme was able to get in contact with the airline directly and get all of us rebooked the following day. She was on the phone until past 2 am getting this all worked out for us.

We all ended up have an insurance claim for the costs of the extra night of hotel lodging which she also assisted us with if we had questions. She was amazing to work with.

She ended up booking my son's honeymoon trip after that - luckily they didn't have any travel issues!!

Jayme was a pleasure working with. She was extremely professional and patient. One of the trips that stands out is our trip to the Bahamas. We had so many questions, and Jayme made our experience so seamless, I called several times with questions, and I even had to change flight times. I will definitely book with her company again. I will refer all my friends and family.
