Although I am a Disney travel addict, I've vacationed at Universal Studios Orlando, feed fish to the dolphins in Sea World, ventured in the wild at Busch Gardens....
I've cruised before, swan in cenotes in Mexico, climbed to the top of Chichen Itza, deep sea fished in the Florida Keys and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, biked down a volcano in Maui, vacationed at all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, toured the El Yunque Rainforest in Puerto Rico, and have a fondness of travel and exploring new destinations with my family and children.
I've spent time traveling through several countries in Europe, toured the Vatican Museums, dined overlooking the calderas in Greece, traversed the canals of Venice, studied abroad as an adult student at Oxford University and dined in the infamous Christ Church College Hall of Harry Potter fame, and have a fondness of travel and exploring new destinations with my family, children and friends.

Fingers crossed for best trip ever!

Cassandra has worked with me for over a year trying to make reservations for my family of 8 to go to WDW. After postponing our trip for a birth, arrangements were made for a 9 day trip. Cassandra took all of our many requests for restaurants, activities and FPs. She worked tirelessly on our trip and to got us everything we wanted. Then the virus and our trip was cancelled.
A call requesting a change of dates was difficult. Our fear was that our original ititernary which was so perfect, it could not be replicated. Within 2 hours of my call she had our entire trip rebooked. She even had most restaurant reservations rebooked as before. Her knowledge and advice has been invaluable to me and my family. It is hard enough to get 8 people to agree on anything, yet Cassandra did it! We now have our fingers crossed that she can continue to wave her magic wand and get the rest of our reservations rebooked.
She will be the answer to planning your trip. I highly recommend.

Great experience

We scheduled WDW trip for April, with grandchildren. Along came COVID; WDW shut down. Cassandra was on top of the situation, keeping us informed, rescheduling for whenever we wanted, and providing timely refunds. We went to WDW at the end of August, for a week, in an upgraded Disney hotel. The trip was wonderful; but different due to the new Disney and Airline rules.

Stress-Free Honeymoon

Cassandra was extraordinary in every aspect of our experience. She is friendly, courteous, attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable. After a brief conversation, we were provided multiple honeymoon options that fit our requests and budgets, and after selecting our preferred vacation, Cassandra handled everything else (flights, ground transportation to/from the airport, resort, etc.). Cassandra also provided detailed instructions to prepare for international travel. The instructions were so thorough that we felt no stress in preparing, during my wedding week, for our first international travel! On top of all the above, Cassandra was always available to answer any questions or concerns both before and during our vacation. Cassandra far exceeded all expectations (which were pretty high from the beginning) and managed to do all of this during a pandemic. We could not have been happier with our experience.

Family trip to Universal Studiod

Cassandra planned our trip to Universal Studios in Orlando Fl. We are a family of 8. Cassandra arranged the flight from Phila. , transportation from the airport to the hotel, park tickets, and dinner reservations. Throughout the planning stages of the trip Cassandra kept me abreast of every little detail and she answered every single question I had. Our hotel, Lowe’s Sapphire Resort was awesome! Our sit down dinners were fantastic! And the best part was I knew Cassandra was a phone call easy if we had encountered a hiccup. We’ve used Cassandra before and we will continue to do in the future!

A Vacation to Remember

Cassandra planned our last Disney trip so we could celebrate what would have been our oldest son's 11th birthday. She literally planned our itinerary with very little input from us and we had the most magical time. We don't know how she did it, but we felt like we were sprinkled with pixie dust every single day - everywhere we went. She was FULL of great tips... knowledgeable about rides and restaurants and events... she got us fast passes and character meals and even had something special sent to our room to remember our son. Oh, and she did all this with not a lot of advance notice. She's a miracle worker I'm telling you! It was the trip of a lifetime. The trip was so great that we decided to go back again and again by joining the vacation club! I am now planning my next Disney trip for this Thanksgiving and I have SO much more respect for how hard she works. This 'ain't easy! I won't be using her for Disney anymore - but she'll plan future vacations to other destinations for sure!!

I thought we would all go our separate ways each day but everyone enjoyed every event from swimming to shows and rides as a group. We were so glad you recommended the Disney Dining plan - worked out great for our family and would purchase it again -we especially loved the dinner at Ohana!
We also used the Magical Express, so convenient and it took the stress out of arrival and departure. The hardest part of the whole vacations was re-entry into the
real world and not being able to use our magic bands for everything!!

I have booked both Disney and now an all-inclusive Mexican getaway with Cassandra. Cassandra was amazingly helpful both in recommending restaurants that catered to our dietary restrictions (best meal of our trip was a place she recommended I had never heard of) and general planning tips. Cassandra did a great job organizing this trip for our group of 14, 7 adults and 7 teens. Upon arrival we were chaperoned throughout the airport/customs, to an arrivals lounge and our hotel transportation. The Grand Palladium Signature Level in Jamaica has something for everyone. Great pools, beach options and food. Getting back to reality will be tough!!

Cassandra does an amazing job of looking for a great deal that will give you the most bang for your buck! Then she goes above and beyond the call of duty by suggesting all of those little touches that will make your family think that YOU are the rock star! She suggests great dining places and even a few tips that will help you beat the crowds or save you time. We just went to Universal Orlando for the first time and I felt like I had all of the information to make the most of our weekend getaway with the family. Cassandra made our first trip to Disney with our kids a DREAM! She was SO patient with me during the planning process and planned the absolute BEST days for us. She is so knowledgable about each and every part of Disney that it made the whole trip fantastic. We had the best of the best hotels, dinner reservations, fast passes...you name it, she had it handled and handled with the utmost thought! She was very cognizant of our children ages, as well as the fact that my father was traveling with us as well. Our 2 bedroom villa was a perfect fit for the 5 of us and our hotel (the Beach Club) was magnificent. The kids loved the pool and water slide and had we not gone to the parks each day they would have been totally fine hanging out at the awesome pool area! Each day at the parks were totally fantastic. Each park was new and different and our fast passes matched our families abilities/likes/speeds and need for down time in between. I couldn't have asked for better planning! Over all the trip was as fun to plan as it was to take and I credit this all to Cassandra!

I traveled with her to Disney without my family on 2 occasions and was able to see her expertise in action. It was because of this I was able to plan a perfect Disney vacation for my family.

Our recent trip to Walt Disney World was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, all of the prior planning fell into place. There was a brief moment of "We need Help, here!" when we arrived at the resort (no one offered to assist with our bags) however, "Jim" (a manager, we believe) stepped up,inquired and immediately ushered us into the building to speak with a Concierge and "Ana" was excellent in her service, caring and concern. The resort was the best! Club floor was worth the extra cost. Club staff was accommodating and friendly and the food was delicious. The schedule of events was easy to follow and everything went accordingly. Fast Pass was more than helpful as we enjoyed the many rides and events. The food at the various restaurants was not always good - not tasty and/or unidentifiable. You learn what not to order. We would do this again and hopefully with Ms. Cassandra Doyle. Her service was GREAT!!!

Cassandra was a fabulous resource who we frequently consulted with as we planned our 3-generation Disney World vacation. Always quick to respond to emails, she provided us with great suggestions of where to eat and appropriate attractions. Cassandra stepped in and made arrangements for us whenever needed, but was also flexible when we had alternative ideas. We have already recommended her to other families! We had adjusted dates & added a traveler. Cassandra rolled along with all of it & helped us pack our trip with memories & purposeful planning. There were so many details & Cassandra prepared us for all of them! From fast passes & autographs to fireworks, grocery delivery & reservations, she gave thoughtful attention to every part of our itinerary. I knew she was a seasoned professional, but after our week at Disney, her help turned out to be invaluable. We didn't have to plan our days or have discussions about what to do next.
