When your resort shuts down only 2 weeks prior to your group leaving with 46 people and you need a new resort with dance space, you feel so fortunate to have Lori Franco as your travel agent! As the trip leader I was a bit stressed to say the least but we were rebooked at a nicer resort with no price increases and things went seamlessly. Then at the back end with flight cancellations due to weather Lori was there again to help with filing the insurance claims. She is great at communicating and I just can’t say enough good things about working with her. You can’t do any better !!

Alaska Land and Cruise - Best trip ever!

We planned Alaska Land and Cruise vacation 13 months in advanced. Lori provided several options for us to select from and strongly recommended the travel insurance, which we did purchase and thankfully did not need. Lori recommended land first and now we know why... always on the go on land, we were finally able to relax once on the cruise portion of the vacation. Lori is very experienced and thorough, finds the best package to meet your vacation requirements and within your budget. She responds phone calls and emails quickly and is there for you 100%. She contacted during our vacation to see how things were going! I have never had a travel agent follow up with us during the vacation.

A paradise vacation
