Some friends of ours invited us along for an Alaskan land and Sea vacation June of 2025. They gave usDawn‘s name and agency number. We initially contacted Dawn and she was very informative and helpful with getting us next to their rooms on the cruise ship, even though we were several weeks later in making the reservation. That was very impressive! She definitely knew the ins and outs of the industry. Dawn kept us up to speed regarding timely breakfast packages, and potential excursions. Unfortunately, due to a family situation my fiancé and I had to cancel approximately three months prior to the journey. One call did it all! Dawn simply took our request to cancel, and with a matter of days, the issue was resolved with not only the cruise line, the excursion company, also the travel insurance. Dawn did a great job with the 'very' short window we gave her. My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Sedona. From sunrises to seeing hot air balloons to sunset's so stunningly beautiful, everyday was an adventure! Renting a car allowed us to explore when we wanted to and go to placed where the tour companies did not go. Sooo much to see!! Thank you Dawn.

We booked our first international trip with Dawn she did an excellent job coordinating our travel and providing us with all the information we would needed to prepare and everything we needed at arrival. All the flights transportation and booking went exactly as planned we will defiantly work with her on the our next trip.

We called Dawn because we were really unsure of where to go on our vacation. She was incredibly helpful in providing us some incredible options. We chose the JOIA Paraiso Resort in Mexico. We were blown away by the beauty of this place. We were met with friendly faces and a ride to our gorgeous room with our own hot tub. It is quite a large resort, but due to the size, it truly feels as though you are secluded at times, because it’s quiet and peaceful. Entertainment, buffet and restaurants are also top notch. The staff there is extremely helpful, happy and they know your name. Our Butlers were always happy to get whatever we needed too. We would highly recommend this place and Dawn to anyone we know. In fact, we already have.

Dawn goes above and beyond providing trip locations that she knows we would like. She personally gives her input, provides pictures and shares her experiences. She is a one of a kind agent who provides excellent customer service. One who is Knowledgeable with bookings, flights, private transportation and always available to answer questions in a timely manor. Looking forward to have her book our future trips! To have a Agent that looks our for your best intrest is important to us even though we are retired. We give Dawn the destination and in return she gives us tips , reviews , her input and knowledge. Overall, we had a great trip. The food and the service was absolutely outstanding, even the "general buffets" were excellent. We were surprised to have an ocean view room. Dawn arranged private transportation which we also appreciated, and also the packing tips email that was sent to us a week prior to our departure was very helpful.

Dawn did an excelant job in arranging our cruise. She coordinared our trip as each of us came from a different home {Portland OR, Boston and Sheboygan WI}

This was our first all inclusive vacation, and we were also traveling with another couple. We set up a group email with Dawn, we all shared what we were looking for, and she came back with choices for us to choose from. We were extremely happy with the hotel we chose. It was beautiful, clean, the food was fabulous and the staff was extremely friendly.
Dawn also set us up with private shuttles to and from the airport, which was a lifesaver after our flight and customs.
