Sandra is a former Disney Cast Member and the owner of Click The Mouse Travel.
Sandra's love of all things Disney started in the 1970s when her parents took her to Walt Disney World for the first time. This trip was magical for two reasons; she spent time with her parents that worked long hours at their family-owned restaurant, and it was a real life experience of all she'd seen on The Wonderful World of Disney.
After many years as part of a national home-based agency Sandra acquired a dream corporate client, Disney Parks Canada. This experience was the inspiration for Click The Mouse which combined her love and passion for all things Disney and expertise in travel planning.
Sandra has earned certification at Disney Institutes "Disney's Approach to Quality Service" program as well as guest service training from The Walt Disney Company.Her mission is to extend Disney's world class guest service when you plan your vacation with Click The Mouse.
Sandra entered the travel industry with thirteen years of experience as a Music Television Producer and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. She is most proud of her volunteer position of Media Chair for Dreams Take Flight Toronto, a national charity that provides a yearly gift of a one day flight to Walt Disney World to deserving children.

We wished upon a star and "clicked the mouse" and wow dreams became a reality We had always dreamed of taking our grown children and their children to Disney. This, in essence, was our bucket list. But where to start? Luckily for us,we found a Fairy Godmother in Sandra at Clickthemouse

Our stay at the Polynesian was perfect and we all felt that we were in the south seas. It was a truly beautiful escape after an exciting day at the park . I just wanted to let you know that our trip to Disney was incredible. We arrived at the resort around 11am and our room was ready for us!!! That was incredible because then we were able to leave my son's diabetic supplies in the room instead of bringing everything to the park. We went to Magic Kingdom on our first day and the moment we entered the park a parade was heading towards us, it was perfect timing and a great way to start our vacation. We went on all the rides on our checklist and the boys even surprised us and went on all the rollercoasters.....we went on Mine Train 4 times!!!! The weather was perfect, not too cold and not too hot and the crowds were small. After we left Pirates league we walked over to watch the Jack Sparrow stage show and my youngest was called up and got to be a part of the show......that was amazing! We all can't wait to plan our next trip, I would go tomorrow if I could!

Tyler and I arrived home safely last night and as I experience major post-Disney depression today, I wanted to thank you again for all your help! The resort was adorably themed, we got the king bed we requested, and the dining and transportation situations worked out really well for us!

In the words of my wife "She is GOOD!" Amazing. Thanks! I've had quite few people question why I am using a travel agent for this trip and I'll add this story to my repertoire when I explain the next time.
We had an amazing time. Your planning was perfect. I had to be a drill sergeant to get everyone to Be Our Guest on time on the first morning and then to Anna and Elsa but the plan worked perfectly. We got a great picture on main street with almost no one behind us and we only waited about 5min for Anna and Elsa.
The cruise was also great. The kids actually liked the cruise better I think - particularly Castaway Cay and the nightly shows - and just for the slower pace. My daughter asked this morning "How many days until we go to Disney World again?"

Thank You for your help with all the planning and advice. The kids had an amazing time and this is definitely and experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Everything worked out perfectly and we had enough time to get on almost all the rides and experience all the "magic" that Disney has to offer. Even with the long 15 hour days and all the walking, we all had such a great time ... but the vacation in Miami after was very much needed. There are a few friends that are looking to go to Disney soon, so I will be sending them your way!

The trip was AMAZING in every way. Your planning and suggestions were all great and appropriate for our family. We loved the Boardwalk and the one bedroom villa was perfect.
My daughter and I did 15 hour marathon at Magic Kingdom one day and the rides at Hollywood Studios were awesome. I did not expect the food to be so delicious but every muffin to the Signature meals was really enjoyable.

We had a WONDERFUL time. We were thankful that you had set everything up for us especially the FP at the parks. We would have been at a loss as where to start without your help. The first day was a bit overwhelming especially with a 5 and 7 year old in tow when we didn't quite have things figured out.. By the second day we were set to go and spent a lot of time on website to understand the parks a little more. We all enjoyed the parks and the pool at the resort. The people were truly amazing and is obvious they are highly trained in the ways to make visitors happy. Oh yes, the food was great too - however the portions were huge and more than we could eat.

OMG Sandra, this was the best family trip we've had!! The girls were the perfect ages and it was a much different experience than 4 1/2 years ago. We really liked Coronado Springs...the pool area is awesome!! We also managed to get a last minute reservation for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue and had a blast. What an awesome show and the food was great!! The girls were less interested in seeing the Princesses and Characters this time and we found out we have a pair of thrill seekers on our hands. Not only did they want to go on everything that went fast they were asking to sit up front!! I had no idea, LOL!! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!

When I started researching going to Walt Disney World I was overwhelmed with all the info, places to stay, meal plans and park passes. I just wished someone would book it for me and I would go along with whatever the masterplan was. My wish came true when I got in touch with Sandra! She asked how old the child was, what we wanted to do and what our budget was. She booked our resort right at Disney, gave us a free meal plan and arranged our park passes for us. She got us signed up for the Disney Magical Express and our luggage was picked up for us and delivered to the hotel. There was free transportation to and from the airport and all throughout Walt Disney World. She even arranged travel insurance for us and sent us a booklet full of coupons to use there as well. There is no commission to pay her either, Disney takes care of that when she books us. Thanks Sandra!

Our Disney trip just wouldn’t have been the same without Sandra's knowledge, advice and Disney “know-how”. Firstly, she recommended we get the meal plan, and it turned out to be the best thing we could have done. She suggested restaurants and made the reservations for us so we planned out our days at the parks accordingly. We never had the stress of trying to get 5 people to decide on where to eat and when. Plus, since my son and I both have food allergies eating out can be scary, but when Sandra made our reservations she let them know that we had allergies and the chef phoned me at home before our vacation started so they could be sure that they had the appropriate food choices in their kitchen when we were there. She gave us great advice on which park to visit on which day of the week. (who knew Magic Kingdom is busier on some days than others!) We can’t wait to go to Disney again, and of course we will be looking forward to Sandra helping us plan another trip of a lifetime!

The buzz has worn off from Disney but its still a life long highlight. We ALL thought it was the best vacation ever! We will recommend you as often as we can. Connie and I had as much fun as the kids. We kept a perfect pace, even if that meant missing some stuff (like the water parks). We figure, to spend the time we wanted to (Epcot was a bit of a rush) and keep the slower pace we liked, we'd spend 2 weeks! The reservations were a GOD send and nothing disappointed. We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved staying at Coronado Springs. Thank you so much for recommending it! It has beautiful grounds, great pools, and was nice and quiet for my parents. I loved seeing my parents experience rides and attractions they had heard about and seen on tv their whole lives but had never had the chance to visit. My dad has wanted to do Pirates of the Caribbean since he was a kid and thanks to the Fastpass+ you booked, we were able to do it stress-free! My parents loved seeing me believe in magic again and couldn't help but laugh at how excited to meet and reunite with characters I was. The princess breakfast at Akershus in Epcot you booked for us was a huge highlight of the whole trip for all three of us. ?
This trip had different priorities than my last trip that you helped me with, but yet again you made outstanding suggestions and helped make the trip feel even more magical. Thanks again Sandra and hopefully I can book another trip "home" soon!
