As a young child I dreamed of one day traveling to Africa and going on safari to see the Big Five.  Who wouldn’t want a front row seat to observe lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants and Cape buffalo in their natural habitat?  My introduction to the safari experience was at Sabi Sabi Game Reserve.  On my first game drive, within two hours I saw four of the Big Five.  By the second day, I had encountered the Big Seven to include cheetahs and the African wild dogs.  Rising with the sun to head out on game drives and falling asleep to the sounds of the bush, this is safari life at its best.  Each of my safari experiences have far exceeded my wildest dreams.
