Smooth and flawless. I'm an inexperienced traveler with food limitations, and Jill figured out where I could safely eat (as it turned out, almost anywhere at Disney World). She helped me on a later trip obtain a powered scooter to allow me to enjoy a trip after a problem developed that would have kept me from walking. Both trips would have been lots more stressful and way less fun without her help.
