First river cruise and we loved it. Small number of passengers, lovely suite, well stocked bar and butler service all first class. Durou river valley was beautiful.

Our Viking cruise to Iceland and Norway was wonderful. The ship was fabulous in every way. Planning this trip was seamless thanks to Betsy. I always wanted to visit Iceland and Norway and didn't want to do a land tour. The cruise was perfect. Based on our much we enjoyed it, would highly recommend a Viking ocean cruise.

Betsy was VERY attentive, helpful and full of information. She guided us through the process of what needed to be done and when. I am hopeful she can do the same for our next adventure - an Australia/New Zealand cruise! We are unsure of required documents, etc. for these countries, and I know she will be able to assist! Everything from the flights you helped select, to the hotels, restaurants, tours, and especially our magical wedding celebration night in Santorini were perfect. And within 24 hours of realizing that hurricane Ian could prevent our scheduled departure to Greece, and Fort Myers flights being sold out, you booked new flights from Fort Lauderdale, a rental car, and an additional hotel! And you did all of this while you yourself had to prepare for the impending hurricane. This was so above and beyond what we could have asked for, and your attention to every detail made this a trip we will never forget.

Betsy was involved from the very beginning on helping us plan a family trip to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. It started that we wanted to rent a beach house but after thinking it over, decided that it wasn't exactly what we wanted. Betsy found the West Bay Club in the Turks & Caicos and we rented a beautiful large three bedroom condo. It was first class and absolutely perfect for us. The resort was lovely on the most incredible beach. The staff was fabulous and even had champagne delivered to us on the actual anniversary date. Housekeeping was fabulous (including turn down service at night). Betsy arranged for us to have massages on the beach which was lovely. We could never have found this resort on our own and thank Betsy for everything she did to make this trip the best ever.

The room was very big, full-sized bathroom with an amazing shower and comfortable beds. The food on board was amazing.

What additional information would you like to share about the food and/or drinks? The octopus appetizer the first night with the whipped pea compote. But most amazing was the fresh fish I had every day. Being pescatarian the cook made me a special fresh meal that each day was been than the last.

Everything was taken care of. Didn’t have to worry about anything as Betsy made sure everything was perfect. Not only that everything that was planned was five-star first class. All transfers, dinners, tours, oyster tastings, and wine tasting. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything else. The entire trip was fabulous. We so enjoyed being with such good friends in Amsterdam and on the Viking cruise. Tony and I loved traveling to the Basque region of Spain and spending time in Bilbao and San Sebastián. A huge highlight was touring the Keukenhof Gardens in Amsterdam. It was absolutely amazing.

The accommodations on the Viking ship was great. Our hotel accommodations in Barcelona, Bilbao, and San Sebastián were fabulous! Lovely hotels in great locations. Highly recommend.

The food on Viking was delicious. A wonderful variety.
We very much enjoyed trying the different cuisines in Spain, especially in the Basque region. A highlight was the Wine and Pintxos tour in San Sebastián. Highly recommend.
