Michael was great. Very prompt and able to answer all my questions even when we were on vacation!!!

Michael Capps was so easy to work with and his knowledge of the parks made our visit magical! My husband and I were taking our daughter for her first trip to Disney and meeting up with friends from across the country to run the marathon weekend. Michael set up a virtual meeting to discuss our preferences and sent us an itinerary for dining during our stay, plus park tips such as which rides to preference earlier in the day. He immediately notified us if another reservation opened up, and that was how we were able to snag a table at the Be Our Guest and Tusker House character dining locations! His passion for sharing his favorite experiences of Disney led us to enjoying the fireworks dessert party, which gave us a reserved spot for the show on our last night in Orlando and was something I wouldn't even had known to research as an option! We would have missed out on so much without his help! Instead of fretting over reservations, we were able to enjoy the magic of the trip.

Mike was wonderful to work with in planning our Disney vacation. He provided much information to help us build the trip that would meet the needs of our family. He was always quick to respond and follow up in a timely manner. His detailed itinerary was priceless!
