When I was only 6 years old I traveled by steam engine from Philadelphia to New York City and stayed at the Hotel Astor. The magic of that moment has never faded, and it's my passion to create those same kinds of experiences for each one of my clients.

While group travel can be one of the most exciting and fun-filled ways to see the world, all those moving parts require intricate and often complex itineraries. I've escorted groups totaling more than 100 people, working hard to ensure those memories are the stuff of legend.

Part of being a hands-on travel agent is open availability, and I'm always there for my clients no matter what disaster may crop up. When Hurricane Sandy hit NY in 2012, it nearly spelled disaster for a group of my clients looking to travel to the Big Apple from the Eastern Caribbean. While self-booked travel or internet deals would've left them stranded and disappointed, I was able to reroute the entire group to Bermuda, setting up not just flights but also private tours and accommodations.
