Azul was beautiful and very well maintained! We stayed in a room with a rain-fall shower and a jetted tub. So relaxing! The weather was perfect for laying by the pool and the beach! The food and drinks were stellar! We cannot thank Kendra enough for planning this trip for us and making it go so smoothly!

Kendra did amazing at guiding us, making sure we were fully prepared and knew what to expect both prior to our trip and during! She is super sweet, easy to work with, listens intently to client needs, and I can tell she worked hard at doing research so we didn't have to! :) She had amazing suggestions and we would recommend her to anyone wishing to travel! :)

Kendra was absolutely amazing, this was a family trip of 11, she helped us out from beginning to end and trust me we were not frequent flyers and age ranges were from 1 to 61. Kendra was a great host for our trip. She wasn't there physically, but she took care of everything before, during and after that it felt like she was there hosting us. She gave us so many options to chose from, so that we were content with the resort that we chose, and we loved it. She picked out a special room for us, that we absolutely enjoyed and would do again. When we had hiccups during the trip, not her doing, she was there walking us through everything. In fact, she caught it before I did and was getting in touch with me, to see how to fix it. I wouldn't do another trip like this without Kendra "hosting". Thank you so much!

Kendra was super attentive to our needs and fun and easy to work with. She was patient with us when we had things going on in our lives that made it hard to connect with her, but she also made sure that we didn’t miss any deadlines. I was also appreciative that she created a system for us to easily track what we need to do, listed by due dates and priority level. She also sent us little gifts! In the beginning, I thought hiring someone to help plan and coordinate would be unnecessary, but by the end I was so grateful to have someone like her take care of the big things and small things. She is the reason our trip was so amazing!

We worked with Kendra to plan our honeymoon, and she was absolutely fantastic! We only had a destination, duration, and time of year in mind, and Kendra helped turn that into a dream trip. Kendra was the absolute best!! She replied fast and gave us amazing honeymoon options and really listened to our requests! When we had our flight delays she was quick to help us with our questions and rebook our helicopter ride. She made our honeymoon so stress free as we didn’t have to book anything from shuttles, hotels, excursions etc. She was the sweetest over the phone and I am so happy we had her. We had the best honeymoon!!

Working with Kendra was amazing! She was always willing to work with you if you had suggestions. We also had to cancel and reschedule our trip due to sickness and Kendra was more than willing to help move things around. So grateful that she basically booked us two trips for the price of one.

Kendra was amazing in helping us plan our trip. We do not travel often at all and didn’t know where to start so she was such a huge help in presenting us with options of what country to visit and then resorts available! It was also so helpful to have her book excursions and reservations for us, and then put it all together in the itinerary app-that was a life saver. It was also so nice to have the pre trip email and things like dress code info ahead of time! We could tell she went above and beyond with providing all the information we would need and we are so grateful! It made navigating new territory so much less stressful!

Kendra was FANTASTIC to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a vacation away! She totally took the stress off us of planning a honeymoon out of the country while we were also planning our wedding. She took care of doing the research of resorts and sent us proposals with different price points, activities, and resort atmospheres. If we had any questions or concerns about a resort she answered all our questions and sent us additional options. Once we selected our resort she sent us a handful of flight options with various prices, direct, and connecting flights for us to choose from. Kendra had great recommendations for excursions and extras we could add on at the resort and took care of lining those up and booking them for us. Kendra also highly recommended booking the Club Mobay add on at the airport and we debated doing it at first but we're so thankful we signed up for it. She did very well, explained everything to us, felt well prepared, we had been slightly nervous this was our first time to mexico but she made it smooth and helped with our refund on a cancelled excursion (due to weather). The guided excursion to tulum and snorkeling and cenote was a lot of fun and we had good experience; Snorkeling is a blast and going through the cenote was awesome! great recommendations from her.

Kendra did an amazing job picking our resort to fit our family. She planned every detail and kept us informed along the way. Kendra sent us off with a coffee and checked in during and after vacation. I have given her name to several friends and family members.

Kendra was great to work with! She was very easy to communicate with and truly had everything covered. I was super impressed with all of her questions when getting to know us and the type of trip we envisioned. She made sure to give us multiple options that checked all of our boxes. Once we decided on a destination, she checked in with us multiple times with reminders and updates leading up to our trip. Once our trip came around, she made sure to provide digital and hardcopy information to help guide us through the airport and shuttle system. She also checked in to make sure we made it to the airport safely on our way home. She made the trip so easy and you can tell how much she cares about her clients.

Kendra was quick and responsive from the beginning during planning and throughout the trip. She was informative, helpful, kind, and showed a genuine excitement and interest in making the trip mind-blowing. Even with airline delays, she was there to offer support. We had such a great time that we decided to stay an extra night, and Kendra helped coordinate all of it with the hotel, travel insurance agency, and taxi service. She made it so easy!

Kendra was amazing. She answered all the questions we had and all her emails were very detailed. The honeymoon documents she sent us had literally everything we could’ve needed it was so helpful. It really made the honeymoon super stress free. And when choosing our destination she really cared about us being fully satisfied with our decision. She gave us as many options as we needed. And she put everything we asked for into our trip! We even asked if it was possible to have a butler and we got one! 10/10 experience! We will definitely be using Kendra on our next big trip!!

Kendra did a great job up front gauging or interest and finding us options within our budget. We had a few interests in countries and she helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. Leading up to the honeymoon, she helped give us the resources we needed to select excursions for ourselves, and also gave us some great recommendations on what she believed we may like. In addition, Kendra was able to offer us promotions including resort credit and a complimentary catamaran which helped enhance the overall experience. She did an excellent job staying connected with Julia and I as we were preparing for the honeymoon and gave us everything we needed throughout the process.

Kendra is Exceptional. She was such a help and it was great to have her so accessible if we needed her. But we hardly needed to reach out because she prepared us so well for our trip with the documents and detailed emails. Plus she did a great job of just getting us so excited for our honeymoon; every step of the way her enthusiasm and confidence made us feel so cared for.

We used Kendra for our honeymoon. Kendra was so incredibly helpful from the start! She provided us with many options that focused on all our needs. Once we narrowed it down to St. Lucia, she created a dream vacation for us! She took all the stress off of us. She lined everything up from airfare, airport transfers, resort, dining, and excursions. Leading up to the trip, she would check-in regularly and make sure we were pleased with the trip. Closer to the trip, she communicated everything very clearly, so we knew what to expect. All we had to do was show up to the airport! We had the trip of a lifetime, and we were so sad when we had to leave and come home!

Kendra was so helpful and made this so easy for us! I wasn’t stressed about anything during the booking process! She was so quick to respond to any questions we had! I will definitely use her in the future for booking my next vacation!

You kept your cool through all the changes of a 12-person vacation to a 2- to what ended up being 6 for our final count and had all the info we could possibly need which was so helpful for people who have never cruised before! We felt set up and knowledgeable for our trip and weren't worried about if we had any issues--we knew we could count on you if we did.

10/10 for everything. We seriously would not have survived that trip without her!

When we decided to book an all-inclusive for our anniversary Kendra was the first person to come to mind. She has been amazing through our entire vacation experience. All we had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she gave us choices and she helped us tweak things from there!! She guided us through every step of international travel which was very much appreciated as we hadn't done it before. Everything she told us to do was spot on!! We weren't worried about anything as Kendra was constantly in touch with us letting us know what forms we needed, what things were suggested to take with, if there were flight changes etc. She suggested we book Club Mobay for when we got to Jamaica so we did. That recommendation was very much appreciated!! It saved us an hour or more at the airport. Kendra is so professional and caring and does her best to make sure people have a worry free vacation!! We could not have asked for a better Vacation Planner!!!

You did really awesome. I do know some travel agents are free and only have people pay per book, but I really felt like I got my moneys worth based on how organized you were, all of the detailed information, helping us out while on our trip, helping us decide beforehand etc. Truly an awesome experience and was great to work with you. I was blown away on how wonderful Kendra did. We loved all of her support, her planning of our tours, her organization and communication. She had everything we needed to have and had tips on everything we needed to know and do. We LOVED our tours. They were so fun! We saw so much and without the tours we would have never had enough time to see so many things. Kendra provided us with every detail on how to and where our tours started. That was so helpful. We took the Eurostar to London and the train to Scotland. She provided us with every detail we needed to know, where to go, what to do, printed our tickets, etc. We loved the trains. Kendra did an amazing job! I have already recommended her to my brother and sister in law.

Kendra was beyond helpful in planning our honeymoon in January 2023. I was so impressed. Kendra’s bubbly personality, love for travel, and great communication is the reason why I believe all travels went so smoothly. She asked us questions about things we would have never thought of if we had tried to plan on our own. The number of options she gave us was amazing to really see what we had in mind as a dream honeymoon. Her patience with us as we figured out what we wanted was a task in itself. Kendra gave us the ease in knowing that once the decisions were made there was little left for us to do and we could focus on other things, like planning our wedding. We loved that just before our trip we were emailed documents on what to expect, itineraries, transportation, restaurants and dress codes, etc. So many wonderful reasons to use a travel agent but Kendra is truly one of a kind and made our travel stress-free and memorable!

She did a good job helping us find the perfect resort for our honeymoon and letting us know the differences of the room options. We ended up having to cancel our trip due to health issues, but she even assisted with that making it painless and smooth, and she kept us in the loop every step of the way. I’m looking forward to working with her to get our honeymoon rebooked in the future.

I had a travel voucher to use from a Covid cancellation that Kendra assisted on. We pivoted the trip to use the voucher for this trip and she did such a good job at helping with all of that. Everything Kendra helped with was flawless. She recommended Delta flights and she was right about the service from them, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and a good level of boujee. The location was great and close to amazing food, drinks, and the drag brunch was AMAZING. I would book my trips with Kendra over and over again.

Kendra helped us decide on a destination based on what we said we were looking for. We weren't originally thinking of Cancun, but I'm so glad we took her advice and went there. The resort, room, and destination were everything we wanted, and we felt prepared to travel because of Kendra.

Kendra was great at answering our questions about lodging, car rental, airfare, and most importantly different hikes we could do, and restaurants to eat at, and she gave good insight on why different hotel locations were better than others for our trip.

Kendra was simply amazing, our group of 11 going to St. Thomas was no easy feat for her to plan. From infants to wheel chair assistance, she made sure everyone in our group was taken care of. From planning our excursions to making sure we knew what time to arrive at the airport Kendra made sure every detail was taken care of and that we knew exactly what we were doing. On a trip that should have had some up’s and downs it went as smooth as can be and that is all thanks to Kendra. We won’t plan our vacations with anyone else. We highly recommend her for your next vacation!

Very pleased with her service. The kayak/snorkel/waterfall hike she helped us book was an awesome experience. We also appreciated her restaurant recommendations and tips and tricks for Maui.
