Karen was amazing to work with! This was our first trip to Disney World as a family and she made the experience as stress free as possible. She was there day and night to answer any of my questions and was always so kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone and can’t wait for her to help us plan our next trip!

We've always wanted to travel to Disney World just to visit the various resorts and restaurants. Karen found us the best resort to stay in and was able to secure reservations at the restaurants we wanted to experience.
She even gave us detailed instructions to maneuver the various transportation options and connections so we could see everything and make our reservation times. But Karen went above and beyond to help us when we had to cancel our trip 2 times, once due to sickness and once due to our flight canceling. Both times, she immediately was on the phone with Disney, transferring our reservations. The day of our flight cancellation, she was in constant contact with us, monitoring our flight information. We never felt alone or helpless. Karen is very conscientious. You can count on her to work out the details of your trip and is very available to assist in any way when unforeseen things pop up, as in our case. I recommend her services highly.

I would highly recommend Karen as a Disney Travel Agent. She makes things so much easier when you are trying to figire out what do and where to stay. She helps you with your reservations when thst time approaches and her recommendations on what to do are very helpful. Looking forward to using her as a Disney Agent again in the future.

Karen was amazing in every aspect of our trip planning! She helped us to select the right ship to meet and exceed our family's needs and choose an itinerary, explaining much of what we would experience over the course of our cruise. She helped us to get set up with Cruise Planner so that we could take advantage of ship maps, activity schedules, and booking excursions. Her tips and tricks helped us to make the most out of our trip and I will definitely travel with Karen's assistance again, as she was instrumental to our family having an unforgettable experience!

Karen is the absolute best travel agent out there. She knows the ins and outs of everything Disney related, as well as any other type of travel. We have been working with Karen for around 2 years and the experience has been wonderful. Due to the pandemic, we’ve had to reschedule our trip several times and Karen was there to help us through it all and help us arrange everything the way we wanted. I have learned so much about Disney, Universal, and travel in general from Karen. She made our big trip so magical and I couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent!

Working with Karen to plan me and my husbands honeymoon was essential !!! We don’t know what we would have done without her help. Not only did she help us book and find our honeymoon location within our budget and what we were looking for, she also continued to help us when things didn’t go the way we planned. Due to unfortunate events , my husband and I had to reschedule our trip. She was with us from the moment we had to cancel and file an insurance claim to the moment we were able to re book it once the paper work was finalized. Karen was Very quick to respond to our questions, and gave us all of the details we needed. She booked us in a perfect area for our family that allowed easy access to everything we wanted to do on the ship. Plus she booked us in a great location considering our child gets car sick and we were very worried about sea sickness. It worked perfect, she didn’t get sick at all!

Working with Karen was great! She cleared up some misconceptions we had about the parks and early entry and staying onsite, and ended up being able to give us hours of extra time in the parks for cheaper than just purchasing outright. Express passes were worth it!

Very helpful getting me all the details and never hesitated to answer questions. The suggested hotel, Residence Inn Sea World was perfect for our three park plan with the shuttle to and from. Karen helped plan our 10 year anniversary cruise to HAWAII!!! She was SO helpful and able to snag some cool specials that we would have otherwise not known of. She was always available to help answer questions and always responded within a timely matter. With her insight, she was able to place us in the perfect room where we were able to see every sunrise at each new island! I would have never even thought about that! Had we of been on the other side of the ship, we would have seen water only! I will 100% use Karen every time! I highly recommend her for your traveling needs!!!

Karen helped us plan a surprise birthday trip for our 4 and 2 year old and was fantastic from start to finish!
