Therese helped my mom and I make all of our hotel & flight arrangements for a road trip last summer. She was always available before and during the trip to help when/if we needed ANYTHING! She is always working around the clock and the trip was smooth due to her efforts. She not only helped us with accommodations but also made suggestions about things to do/see since she has visited most of the places we were traveling to. I would recommend her to ANYONE taking a trip. I don't usually take trips without her assistance and expertise!

She genuinely cared for every detail! She even cared for the people who attended who didn't book through her office! I was coming from a long distance, had to transfer in 3 airports before reaching the destination. On the day of my flight, unexpected delayed caused me to have to re book to other flights, which brought me in earlier than expected. Therese made all the arrangements with the transfers, and all was taken care of by the time I landed! She went "above and beyond" for everyone involved to make sure their experience was wonderful!

Therese assisted us in arranging our destination wedding this past December in Mexico. Not only did she make this process easy and worry-free for us, the bride and groom, she assisted over 60 of our guests with their planning as well. From helping us select and reserve the perfect venue, to communicating with the resort and getting us set up with our wedding coordinators, Therese did it all. I couldn't imagine doing this without her. She was always available to answer any questions we had (even when she was out of the country celebrating her anniversary!). She regularly provided us with updates, notified us quickly of any changes or adjustments that were needed and was in constant communication regarding our guest's bookings. She also made sure to actively follow up on the extra amenities that we earned with all of the guests we brought in. We were thrilled with the Occidental Grand Xcaret and will definitely be returning. The resort itself was beautiful. It was undergoing some construction during our stay, but that did not take away from the beauty and serenity. You can tell that they are working hard to improve an already amazing atmosphere. Our wedding coordinator, Janice, was very helpful and was always available to answer my questions. Our onsite coordinator, Luz, was... there are no words to describe her. She was INCREDIBLE. She made sure everything was perfect for our special day-- music, flowers, decor, atmosphere, cake-- not one thing could have been improved upon because everything was amazing. The resort even provided balloons, masks, necklaces, hats and countless other props during our reception which made for some great candid photos. All staff members were kind and hospitable. Therese also set us up with a company called Lomas travel who handled all of our transportation needs-- to and from the airport and to all of our excursions. Samir and Omar were especially great and made setting up transportation and selecting our excursions so easy.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to attend a destination wedding at the Occidental Grand Xcaret in Mexico that was arranged by Therese. The transfers went like clock work and the accommodations were excellent. No detail was left unattended, and as a result, a party of 70 had a spectacular time.

Our experience was great with Therese and our trip was seamless!
