Amazing honeymoon!

Stress free honeymoon!

Bridget hooked us up with the perfect place for our honeymoon. She worked with our budget and recommended a variety of places, and Couples Negril was our final choice. I contacted Bridget after having contacted 2 other agents and they never called or emailed me back; so I decided to contact Bridget and boy am I glad that I did! It was a Sunday and I really didn’t expect to hear back from her as I know Sunday is usually family day. Well to my surprise she contacted me immediately. The Jacksons take on playa del Carmen

This is my first time using a travel agent for travel. I found Bridget via Facebook and am glad I did. She was open, honest and accommodating through the entire process. I appreciated her expertise, especially after our original plans had us headed to Jamaica. We were heartbroken that the hurricane hit when it did but were able to quickly pivot and had an amazing trip to playa del Carmen Mexico. One of our biggest needs for our family was a two-bedroom and that was met with a two-bedroom two-bath plus a full kitchen at The Fives Resort. It was perfect!

Jamaica Baby!

Bridget was super helpful from day one, although we have been to Jamaica several times, she still had great knowledge we needed. International travel can be scary but with the right agent you will have all the tools you will need for a successful and fantastic trip. After the hurricane hit Jamaica, our original hotel (Secrets) closed for the duration of our already booked trip. I was in a panic, but today I am still thankful I was using a travel agent to make the switch for us. She searched high and low to provide new quotes, locations, and accommodate us with not only a comparable hotel but also still in Montego Bay (so no flight changes). Bridget also hooked us up with a transfer company whom she has used in the past and they were amazing as well. You will not regret using Bridget, hit her up for all the things for your trip - and visit JAMAICA - Ya Mon!

Worry free Winter Break

First family trip to Jamaica

I reached out to Bridget not having the slightest clue on where I wanted to go. Bridget was more than helpful and very patient with me, giving me plenty of quotes for different resorts she thought may match what I was looking for. Booking our trip was a breeze through Bridget. A couple months after booking the trip my oldest son decided to join the military after he finishes his senior year of high school. I began to panic because our trip was to occur while he would now be at basic training, this trip was a reward for him for graduating. We literally had a 2 week window (between the last day of school for our younger son and our older one leaving) to make this trip happen. Amazing and easy trip!

We were unsure which resort would fit our needs, Bridget listened to everything and nailed the resort! We had the best trip and didn’t need to stress about anything! From the best resort to recommending a shuttle with the nicest people- shout out Howlet family! I highly recommend using Bridget to plan your Jamaican getaway! We loved the Hideaway! Great size resort and not over crowded- the best part no waking up at 5 am to save chairs!

The perfect trip!

50th birthday party trip!

What can I say about Mrs. Bridget? She is the calm before, during and after your vacation. Whether it's arriving a day later than expected, she will notify the resort and reschedule for you. She will give you ideas on activities during your stay that are reasonable and fun. She can do these things because she has actually been to these places. My happy place

We booked with Bridget Thompson, May of 2023. When we got to the airport our flight had been canceled. We booked the flight ourselves separately . Bridget didn't have to help us but she did. She called ahead and let Mobay Club and the resort know we wouldn't be arriving until the following day. After the night we had in Lauderdale, we wanted a nonstressful experience at the resort and got just that. An experience of a lifetime. We booked again for Thanksgiving but that didn't happen due to my husband being involved in an accident. She canceled everything for us without any problem. She answers emails as quickly as possible and has experience with these resorts because she has actually been and knows the ins and outs. When we do decide to book again it will be with Bridget Thompson.

Seamless and worry free travel

Bridget made the process of booking our trip so easy! Even helping us with transportation recommendations. She checked in with us multiple times prior to and during the trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be booking through Bridget for our next trip!
