Maureen is personable , knowledgeable , and wonderful to work with .Having never traveled to China we really needed someone with her expertise . From the minute we got off the plane she had organized cars , tours, and so much more ! She helped us navigate our tour from Beijing,to Xi’an and finally Hong Kong . We will never do a long distance trip without her assistance !!

Maureen provided extraordinary assistance to get us out of a harrowing experience while on a cruise. Both my wife and I contracted covid19 4 days before the end of our cruise and we were told we would have to remain in isolation for an additional 6 days after the cruise in a local hotel with no food service. We would not be allowed to leave the country via public transportation. Maureen managed to get a private limo to drive us across the border to a US airport where she booked us on a flight back home. This was all accomplished by Maureen on a holiday weekend working from her home. Outstanding service.

Maureen was fantastic to work with - we started working with Maureen at least a year out from our trip date and she was so patient, knowledgable, responsive and organized. We were a party of 7 adults and she ensured that all of our tours, transfers, drivers, hotels and airfare were taken care of so we could enjoy the sights and our vacation. We even had to call her at 1:00 am in the morning to help with a flight delay and she handled it for us immediately.
