It was a wonderful family vacation. All 5 families were able to able to get away from their busy individual daily lives and enjoy time together at the beach, at the pools, enjoying meals and drinks together, and playing games. I, specifically, (Grandpa) was able to get to know my grandchildren better !
Now, about Karin Hopper:
We could not have planned this trip without her. She did a terrific job arranging and coordinating our flight times, special together family seating on the plane, booking rooms at the Sheraton to meet each of the family’s needs. Kari helped a book a Luau event and saved us a lot of money locating transportation to and from the airport.
And Karin was always immediately available if we had any questions or requests.
Thanks Karin for helping to make this a wonderful experience.

So, I didn’t want to hire a travel agent

Because I am a control freak I really didn’t want to hire a travel agent. However, after losing 247 hours of sleep trying to coordinate this, I contacted Karin. BEST trip ever. She coordinated everything from a special app so that my entire itinerary could be viewed off-line. Planes, trains and automobiles were all covered and had contingent plans also listed for those “just in case “ moments. She gave all directions on how to get to our hotel from all of our destinations. She had booked all of our excursions, including a cheesemaking class, a lemon cello class, a food, walking tour, and other others. She was available at all times, met with us beforehand in person and touched base after. The customer service we received was top notch and I’m pretty picky.

We had an amazing trip to Sandals Ochi during our Spring Break! Karin helped us along the way planning as we adjusted resort and rooms a couple of times before settling on a great 777 deal! She also put in a request before we arrived on the room location we desired and it was honored. We had a wonderful and relaxing time enjoying the beauty that the resort had to offer.
