Despite the late hour, Pernille responded to my messages at 1 AM and went above and beyond to assist us with finding accommodation and securing discounts for our entire family. She also guided us through the process of booking a different flight. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience with Pernille and will definitely rely on her expertise for our future travels.
