We could not be happier with the decision to book our Disneyland trip through Spark of Magic. Rachael was great up front with offering options and helping us pick the hotel that was right for us. Our initial trip had to be postponed due to COVID and Rachael took care of all of rescheduling. There are so many details to coordinate and tips to know to get the most of your Disney trip. Having Rachael there to guide us through all of these things was key - meal reservations, using the app, lightning lanes, photo pass, etc. We'll definitely work with Rachael on any future Disney trips.

To be frank, Disney was not high on my list of places to vacation to but I promised my son a special trip for a special birthday and he chose Disney, so Disney it was. Rachael was a godsend when it came to booking restaurants and events and made our entire trip a breeze.

Working with Rachael was an amazing experience. She made a complicated process straightforward, simple, and easy to understand.
