Michele was super knowledgeable and responsive during the planning of my family vacation. She was helpful during the planning and during the actual trip and was helpful in making this trip very stress free. I look forward to utilizing her again in future vacations as she made everything super easy and communicated all the steps of my trip very clearly and educated me on things that I didn't even know about where I was traveling to give me the best experience possible.

  In July, 2026, I began research on finding accommodations for a group of 6 for a vacation to Italy. We already had our flight scheduled.  To that end, I contacted several travel agents, including Michele Pierce of RS Travel. Although I had not  contacted her before, she was by far the most helpful of the agents with whom I spoke. It was an easy decision to choose RS Travel. Our plans were to visit Rome and Florence, with perhaps one or two day trips. Michele found ideal accommodations for us. In Rome, she showed us multiple  options, and we chose a 3 BR apartment only a two minute walk from the Piazza Navone, with a small kitchen. The cost was less than $300 per day and was ideal as we could walk to many of the city’s attractions.  I did not expect  to find a place in Florence as good as that in Rome, but was surprised. Michele found an apartment right on the Arno River about 1 block from the Ponte Vecchio, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 baths and a laundry room. Again, the total cost was less than $300 per night. The apartment could not have been better. When we arrived in Florence, we could not enter the building  because the access code was incorrect. I called Michele and she contacted the owner and corrected the error in just a few minutes.  Michele was also helpful with information on trains and arranged a day trip from Rome to Positano by train and boat. Our experience was wonderful. At all times, Michele was accessible, responsive and endlessly helpful.  I have already recommended her to two close friends, who plan to contact her about their upcoming trips. And, I will call her for all my future vacation plans.  

We used Michele to plan our trip to Italy. She did a wonderful job! After a phone call to review what we had in mind she began to find flights and hotels. She listened to what we wanted and found things in our price range. She was very responsive and did a fantastic job making our trip perfect. I've already recommended her to a friend.

Michele did an amazing job! She provided support every step of the way, and answered any questions we had. She truly tried her best to make sure we were set for our cruise!
