Stacey has been amazing to work with! She helped us plan our honeymoon for April 2025 and our babymoon for November 2025. We were originally planning to return to Jamaica, but it happened to fall during the same week as the historic hurricane that hit the island. We were scheduled to leave on Sunday, and the hurricane struck the following day, Monday. The Tuesday before our departure, we reached out to Stacey to see if the resort planned to cancel our trip. By Wednesday and Thursday, there were still no plans to cancel, so Stacey went out of her way to find us a new resort on a different island rather than changing our travel dates. We knew there was a chance the resort in Jamaica could have been damaged by the storm, and since I was pregnant, there was also a chance I wouldn’t be able to travel in the near future.

Stacey helped plan our trip by offering several destination options, including Cancun and the Dominican Republic, and the entire process felt simple and stress-free from the very beginning. Flight options, shuttle services, and travel requirements were clearly explained, which made planning easy and worry-free. Choosing the Dominican Republic felt like the perfect balance of relaxation, beautiful scenery, and cultural experiences. We stayed at the RIU Palace Bávaro, and it exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean, well maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure guests were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the food options were plentiful, and we especially loved the food court choices for lunch. The beach was beautiful, with clear water and soft sand. There were plenty of activities available, including kayaking, snorkeling, and body boarding, but it was also easy to relax by the pool or the ocean. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Saona Island. The excursion was well organized and absolutely worth the day trip. The boat ride was fun, and the views were stunning. We booked a VIP tour that included access to a private white sand beach with about 50 other people. It felt peaceful and truly showcased the natural beauty of the Dominican Republic. This experience was memorable and one of the best parts of our trip. Traveling back to the United States was smooth and well organized. Airport transportation was easy since everything had already been booked and arranged by Stacey. The departure process went as expected, and we had no issues returning to the U.S. Overall, this vacation was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the Dominican Republic for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and beautiful scenery. I also highly recommend Stacey and Dreams and Destination-Wheeling Office for making the entire trip seamless and enjoyable.

We have worked with Stacey many times to plan travel--from Disney with our kids to romantic adults-only resorts in multiple destinations to Vegas for my 50th birthday. Every single time has been an outstanding experience. From arranging for surprise perks to helping us navigate tricky situations, she's been amazing. In one instance, an incoming hurricane threatened our layover destination and caused our flights to be canceled 48 hours in advance of departure. Stacey saved the day and alleviated SO MUCH stress when she managed to rebook our entire group and get us all to our resort on time so that we never missed a beat. We would have been in a panic had we been on our own! I would highly recommend her (and have many times!) to anyone looking for a smooth, seamless travel experience to any destination at the most affordable price.
