I have been working with Sue for 20+ years now. Not only for myself and wife but groups from 10 to 40+ people for me. These were my customers so you know things had to run as smooth as possible. Sue never disappointed organizing everything from our hotel before we left, to our flights, transfers from airport to hotel (private transfers) and to check in and check out at the resorts. Sue would always get as much information from me as to what was the most important about our destination. With a big group this can be very challenging to say the least. Things like adult only resorts, to did my group prefer beaches or pools to hang out or both. Sue is very detail oriented to make sure we had the best vacation experience ever. My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon last week, a trip that Sue went above and beyond to make our trip to be the best ever. We are already planning our next trip with Sue. We trust Sue with every aspect in our trip planning, she never disappoints.
