Kim always offers wonderful travel recommendations! She offers research and support and always provides a much better price then we are able to find on our own. We saved hundreds of dollars per person and she upgraded us to a premium ocean front suite, just steps from the beach. The food, drinks, amenities and pool were amazing. Kim was wonderful with our daughter's high school graduation vacation! She was knowledgeable, friendly and PATIENT! Kim gave us may options and price points to choose from. We didn't know the area and she researched and found us an all-inclusive resort that was beautiful, filled with many activities and relaxation on the beach. Everything was perfect

Kim as arranged several complicated trips for our family over the last few years. All the trips have been different but all have required complex travel arrangements and most importantly all have been perfect. She has arranged for great seats on the necessary flights. All the connecting flights have carefully arranged to make good use of our time and not leave us vulnerable to delays and missed connections. She takes great care in planning for transfers, shuttles, overnight stays and all the small but important steps along the way. Kim understands the cruise industry very well and can navigate their complex fee structures to ultimately get a good berth for a good price on the best deck of any given ship. Even when we thought we knew what we wanted she gentle helped us understand what we really wanted. Wherever we go next time Kim will be involved.

Kim is an incredible travel agent. She has coordinated multiple trips for us. She’s organized cruises, flights, hotels, restaurant reservations, excursions, transfers, etc… And, thankfully, she’s always been right there to help us when things get tricky.
