Randi went above and beyond to give us the trip of our dreams. She helped every step of the way from our rooms to dinner plans, explaining all of our options and so much more. She answered all of f my calls, texts and emails. She would send us updates along the way. . She had exceeded our expectations and I would recommend her above any trip we’ve ever taken!!

After contacting Randi about a trip to Disney World, she asked questions about our goals and priorities, then sent us the most ideal options within our price range. She found us the perfect hotel, and once I approved and confirmed our plans, she took care of booking everything- hotel, park tickets, etc. Randi also gave advice on strollers, dining, navigation, app use, and more. Once I knew which dining reservations I wanted, Randi helped me book them. Any time I had a question, she was quick to respond with a thoughtful answer. The planning and booking process was the most organized and seamless process I've ever experienced. Not only did Randi take care of all the details, she also checked in during our trip to see if there was anything she could assist with and to make sure we were having the time of our lives.
