Working with Su took the stress out of everything. We typically book our own travel for smaller trips but knew because this was a bigger vacation we wanted help and we couldn't have been happier with the service Su provided. She was extremely knowledgeable and made amazing recommendations on everything from flights to accommodations, to food and drink. She was even able to suggest the best tours and sight-seeing excursions so we didn't have to wait in long lines. We were especially glad when it came to the flights. We saw so many people in the airports having baggage issues when it comes to what you can carry on or what you have to pay for and we didn't have a single one of those issues because we were booked in properly. Su was very professional and quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We felt safe and confident in everything we did because of how well it was all taken care of. We literally can't wait to book our next vacation through her!

I just have to express my gratitude and appreciation for Su. I think it's important to share my experiences for those considering her services because I have not experienced this level of service from any other business. We had a party of 4 that decided to go away and I would like to detail our experience. The 4 of us all had different ideas on what we wanted. Su found something that worked for all of us, and got it at steal! It was like she was working with us, rather than trying to sell us something. Where she really shines though is when you run into trouble. My son in law had an issue with his passport so we contacted Su in a panic. Within 20 minutes she fixed the issue and got the fee waived. Here's the thing; this is not the first time I have worked with Su. She is ALWAYS this good. I let her know when I want to travel and she makes magic happen, from beginning to end. She is accessible, helpful, & always a pleasure to talk to. If you are travelling you need her. Simple as that.
