Oh WOW!.. Thank you for the opportunity to express my absolute happiness with Wendy at Serendipity! The first time we clued into Wendy was about six years ago and since then we've had no need to go anywhere else! Wendy McDonald is a human dynamo for seeking out perfect opportunities and specials for her clients. For instance, our very first cruise with Wendy, she coordinated an international cruise with relatives from from two different countries and two different currencies. No problem for Wendy! We went on a 12 day Princess cruise around the British Isles. Wendy recommended this cruise and it was fabulous. Everything she said it would be. Because of her knowledge from traveling, she was very helpful with tips about sight seeing, Hotels, flights and getting around London. Plus she gives other little tips you wouldn't think of. Wonderful holiday. Wendy has booked many holidays for me and I would not think of using anyone else.

Wendy was incredible to work with. She was referred to us by a friend and we will always go to her first now when thinking about planning a trip. She was very detailed and informative. If she didn't know the answer she found out and got back to us within a few days. She took care of every little detail and thought of everything! We had never done a River boat cruise before and Wendy informed us on all aspects of cruising for the first time and what to expect. We had a wonderful time on our first cruise and went back to Wendy the following year to book another River boat cruise with my parents through Europe.

Wendy is very knowledgeable about the cruise industry, and she has taken many cruises herself. In a burst of enthusiasm, I had booked a cruise after reviewing the choices online and then calling the cruise company. It did not take me long to discover that the staff at the cruise company do not volunteer any information that would be in my interest rather than theirs. They actually resist answering questions directly if it would not be in their interest. I contacted Wendy and switched over the cruise booking into her tender care. She has been great. She has gone to bat on my behalf over several issues. She has also helped me with my learning curve on cruise travel. She is committed to helping clients have a great cruise experience by giving us information, acting as an intermediary with the company, and just generally caring about our experience on the cruise. I worked with her mostly by email, and she has always responded very quickly to questions. If you want someone who can not only help with all the practical logistical stuff like booking the cruise, but who can also make your case with the cruise company, and, on top of that, someone who is smart, nice, competent, and knowledgeable, then Wendy is the one your want. If you are a novice at cruise travel, she is a brilliant choice.

My husband and I have booked several trips with Wendy, and she has always planned them very well. She gives us opportunity to book flights or hotels ourselves if we wish, but gladly does all the work when we want to leave it to her. Because she travels so much herself, she knows what the average traveller looks for, and makes sure we get as good a deal as she would want herself. I know I'm in great hands when I book through her.

Wendy is always helpful, bends over backwards to accommodate us & arrange what we need to make our vacations enjoyable. She always wants to hear about our trip when we return, she truly cares for her clients and has outstanding customer service!

We toured the Galapagos islands on a trip Wendy arranged in 2013. Preliminary trip itinerary and details were accurately described and were no surprise on costs or otherwise. Flights worked well, accommodation before and after in Quito was excellent. The small (100 person) cruise ship was perfect to travel among the islands. Food was good. A delightful time was had by all.....

Wendy went 'above and beyond' to book our Viking Grand European River Cruise and to provide all the information we required for travel - including, but not limited to, reminder emails, tips for excursions, tips for traveling. She spent extensive time to book us on the right cruise to accommodate the dates we wanted to travel and then she spent an hour and a half with us prior to traveling to explain the trip and provided 'goodies' to help us with our travels.
