I needed a list minute round trip ticket from Washington, DC to Indianapolis and I contacted Prospect Travel Agency. I am very satisfied by the rapidity of the service, the professionalism and friendliness. I was presented by 3 options, and ended up selecting the one with my preferred company at a discounted airfare I couldn`t find online. After the ticket was purchased, I called back to add a checked back which was done within an hour with a great customer service. Balkissa is great to work with, and I cannot recommend her enough for all your travel needs.
