About Me

I recently returned from an extraordinary journey through South Africa and Zimbabwe, exploring its vibrant cities, enjoying world-class wines, amazing safari landscapes, and one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in the world, Victoria Falls!

Cape Town is a unique city where Oceans & Mountains Meet! My journey began in Cape Town, one of the most beautiful cities on earth. Dominated by the iconic Table Mountain, the city offers dramatic coastal scenery, rich history, and sophisticated dining. Luckily, it was a calm day with low winds, and we were able to take the cableway up to Table Mountain. The views were spectacular!

Next day was a full adventure to Cape of Good Hope. Our adventure began with a scenic coastal drive along Chapman’s Peak, one of the most breathtaking ocean roads in the world. Upon entering the reserve, we were surrounded by rugged beauty — wind-swept beaches, fynbos-covered hills, and roaming wildlife including baboons and antelope.

Another fun day was our trip to Boulders Beach. We drove along the False Bay coastline, passing sweeping ocean views and picturesque seaside villages.Once at Boulders Beach, we walked the wooden boardwalks winding through dunes and granite boulders. The Penguins waddle freely between the beach and their nesting areas in their natural habitat. Such a delightful wildlife experience!

Cape Town blends cosmopolitan energy with natural beauty — perfect for pre- or post-safari relaxation.

Next stop was Stellenbosch, located in the heart of the Cape Winelands.Rolling vineyards framed by mountain backdrops make this region postcard perfect. 2 nights at Delaire Graff Estates! What a treat! The estate itself is an experience! We had the most amazing time at private tastings and culinary delights with a curated selection of estate wines, including award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. For a discerning traveler, Stellenbosch offers Boutique wine estates, Fine dining experiences, Historic Cape Dutch architecture and Tranquil countryside luxury

One of the true highlights of the trip was traveling aboard Blue Train from Cape Town to Pretoria.Often referred to as a “moving five-star hotel,” The Blue Train delivers timeless elegance and impeccable service. From the moment we stepped aboard, every detail reflected classic luxury rail travel.Butler service for every suite, elegant lounge and observation cars, multi-course fine dining paired with South African wines, expansive windows showcasing the changing landscapes! The route itself is spectacular — transitioning from the vineyards and mountains of the Cape, through the vast Karoo, and into the Highveld near Pretoria. This experience is not simply transportation; it is a destination in itself. For clients seeking something extraordinary and nostalgic, The Blue Train adds refinement and romance to any South Africa itinerary.

Our next stop was Kruger National Park for The Ultimate Safari Experience.Spanning nearly two million hectares, Kruger is renowned for exceptional Big Five sightings and some of the most experienced safari guides on the continent. We were so lucky to see all the Big Five! Luxury safari lodges in the private reserves offer exceptional guiding, gourmet cuisine, and personalized service. Early morning and sunset drives provide optimal wildlife viewing, while afternoons allow time to relax and absorb the sounds of the bush.

Our journey concluded at spectacular Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.Known locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” — The Smoke That Thunders — the sheer power and scale of the falls are awe-inspiring. The morning guided rain forest walk was an amazing immersive experience walking alongside the falls! Our luxury sunset cruise that evening rewarded us with wildlife sightings along the riverbanks. We saw elephants and hippos. Paired with cocktails and spectacular African sunsets completed our days adventure! Victoria Falls pairs beautifully with safari for a grand finale.

Excellent! Brinda helped us arrange 2 weeks of travel in Italy (Venice, Florence/Tuscany, Rome, Sorrento/Capri/Amalifi Coast). It was a fantastic trip!
