I first worked with Carl to plan a family vacation to Disney. We were a large group (16) people across age groups from 3 to 70. Trying to organize dinners/hotels/tickets was a nightmare. Without Carl's help this trip could have been a disaster. No one knew when the best time to book - how to migrate the new world order of Disney travel or why we should even go. In the end, everyone ate where they wanted - saw what they wanted and had one of the best vacations of our lives. We enjoyed working with Carl so much we booked another vacation in Ireland to celebrate a major birthday in my wife's life.

Mr. Moore was extremely knowledgeable about everything Disney which proved to be invaluable when planning my trip. Having worked for Disney for over 17 years in the past and having been to Walt Disney World many times, I didn't think I would need much help in planning my trip, however I couldn't have been more wrong. Since my last trip was over 7 years ago I was unaware of all the changes that had taken place, not only in the parks, but also with the increased use of technology, i.e. The My Disney Experience App. Mr. Moore asked me many questions about what I wanted my vacation experience to look like and he made informed suggestions which I ended up using in planning my trip. With his help, I was able to experience all the attractions that I wanted to and dine at all my favourite restaurants, as well as a few new ones. I would highly recommend using his services to anyone planning a trip to Walt Disney World and I plan on using him for all my future travel needs.

Navigating all the options, tickets restaurants, rides, hotels, etc. is a daunting task in general but especially at Disney World. Carl set up every detail of our trip, and suggested the "right" hotel, every lunch and dinner. He helped enormously with other tips and other suggestions that removed all the stress not only of planning but once we arrived all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. He even checked on us a few times during the trip. I will never plan another trip without him five stars may not be enough.
