I emailed Austin about the 14-day cruise we wanted to book in November 2024 for a cruise in December 2025. He replied right away and went to work with all the plans & answered all my many questions. I found another 14-day cruise 2 week later leaving March 2, 2025. Austin had us booked on that cruise the same day. Since we booked that cruise so late all the good specialty dinner times were taken a problem we never had before. Austin told me to go to reservations desk as soon as we got on ship to change that.
