I cannot recommend my travel agent, Sarah W. highly enough for planning our Disney and Universal trips. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and truly enjoyable thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. We have used her for every single one of our trips we needed a travel agent on. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted out of our vacation and made sure the things she booked for us reflected that. Her knowledge of Disney and Universal was incredible—everything from park strategies and dining recommendations to tips that helped us avoid long waits and maximize our experience. What really stood out was her responsiveness and dedication. Any question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and she made sure every detail was handled well before we arrived. Sarah guided and supported us through two recent trips. The first was an Alaskan cruise and land tour. Sarah was exceptional in the planning, scheduling and booking of this once in a lifetime experience for my wife and I. Sarah also organized our family trip to Orlando. Our family of ten (six adults and four children) had a wonderful time. We took all of Sarah’s recommendations from where to stay, park navigation, transport to/from airport etc. We will definitely plan our next trip with Sarah.

Highly recommend Sarah , she helped us a lot when planning our first ever trip to Disney world and recently still very helpful when we took our 3rd family trip to Disney world. I always recommend her to friends and family all the time and soon as 2027 dates open we will booking with her again .
