Karen is the best communicator. Planning a trip to Peru was with Karen's help was easy. Informing me of my travel plan options every step of the way! Some of the options were 3 days camping and hiking on the salkantey trail. Train rides thru the mountains. View from the mountains at an old temple site to see Machu pichu. Hiking to coffee plantations. Picking coffee beans from plants to prepping them to roasting, grinding, and enjoying a fress cup of Joe. Soaking in hot springs surrounded with 360 views of moutains. There are too many to mention here. From the initial mention of the trip to the finalized payment before travel. Constant communication of opportunities and changes as they came up and were necessary. It made me relax, and I knew I was in good hands working with Karen. Karen was super amazing!!! She helped us with all of our questions at any time we had any. She also helped us have pre-trip fun by helping my husband and I both book things for surprises for each other. And also she was so sweet to recognize our trip was for our anniversary and sent us a special little sweet treat to celebrate. The personal investment means so much!

Karen did a great job of listening to what type of experience we wanted to have on our trip. She gave us great ideas about activities and experiences that were available in the areas we were travelling. Additionally, Karen was awesome about checking in if there was an alert that flights, lodging or car rental reservations were being altered.
