From the very first surprise cruise that my husband booked with Sue to the most recent one, Sue is always the ultimate professional. She will explore all options to put together the best itinerary, no matter how big or small the trip might be. I have some specific physical needs and she is able to navigate the system to find me the best airline seating, hotel arrangements etc to make for a comfortable and smooth trip. When my husband lost his travel documents while overseas she went above and beyond working with me to help him get back home. Sue is always patient and goes out of her way to find out information about any resorts that we are interested in. We loved the tour guide of the Vatican that she prearranged and it truly made that experience hassle-free and memorable. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough!

Sue was wonderful to work with. We had a family group of 15 to make arrangements for and everybody enjoyed their vacation which included our own bus to and from the airport. Sue answered any and all questions that I had.

I have really come to depend upon Sue when booking any trip. She always ensures that every aspect of the trip runs smoothly - connecting flights, accommodations, train travel, and bookings for sites and activities. Sue’s expertise allowed me to really enjoy a hassle-free trip to Italy with my two girls and my seven-year-old granddaughter. All the details were carefully planned in advance (including being assisted on 2 occasions by English-speaking Italians) and the pace of the trip was perfect for us. We loved our Italian adventure in Venice, Florence, and Rome together as a family, and we are grateful to Sue that we had such a wonderful trip!
