Right from the early planning stages, Chrystal did a fantastic job of answering all of our questions and getting back to us right away with pricing. I asked her many many questions about Disneyland itself and she knew all of the answers. She was also excellent with explaining the phone technology that it takes to enjoy at Disney parks. She even emailed us a "tips and tricks " sheet explaining which rides to go on first so we could spend less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the parks.i would not book a Disney vacation without her help. Chrystal is an excellent Disney Specialist.

I’ve used Chrystal now twice, once to Disneyland and another to Disney World. Her knowledge of both parks are absolutely insane! Not just in planning a trip in general but her insight into how to move through each park in Disney World was invaluable. Every day we saw wait times fluctuate from 15 minutes to 115 minutes but using some of the tricks Chrystal taught us we never waited more than 30! Booking our cruise next through her is a no brainer!

Absolutely magical!

Chrystal was so helpful from the very beginning with getting everything together for me and my family to go to DisneyWorld. She was full of so much information and answered all my questions. She sent us all these amazing tips and things to do with our kids. We also had an issue with our food app while in the park and she called and got it all taken care for us and also got a free dessert in the park for the trouble. She is so great! We then used her again to go to Disneyland later that year and was again impressed! She took care of us both times and would recommend her to anyone!

Chrystal made our ride experience a breeze by getting us onto the rider queue for some rides when they were brand new so we didn’t have to stress about it. She advised us on places to stay and the best food in Disney as well. She made the trip so much easier for us rookies.
