Maria is amazing. She planned everything for us for our trip To Disneyworld right down to the smallest detail. Including getting us fast passes! She knows her stuff. It was so overwhelming for me to try to plan it all never having been there before. She gave us great guidance. I am so excited about our trip knowing everything we are going to do. There was so much I didnt know and would not have found out without her planning. She was patient with my multitude of questions. I will use her again and again for every trip! Now I can go and just have fun. I had no stress at all planning it: she did it all!

We initially met Maria when planning our wedding in 2012. She helped us arrange our dream honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico. We had an amazing trip and she planned all of the details perfectly. She helped us with our family vacation to the beach last year, she found the best prices so we could afford to go! Maria Moore knows Disney World. She set up a couple different experiences that we did not know about even though we live in Florida and have been to Disney World many times. She has the annual pass and visits in person frequently, so she knows all the tricks and tips that made our trip extra special. We wanted to do something different for my friend's birthday so she set up a fireworks cruise and it was fantastic. We went from the Polynesian hotel. ( She also booked us a dining at Ohana which is such a fun all you can eat Polynesian restaurant.) We had our own private boat and driver with food and drinks. We cruised around the lake for about 45 minutes, and learned a lot about Disney. We then took our place on the lake to watch the fireworks. The view was amazing, and we had the premium package, so the music was streamed through to the boat so that we could hear it. What a great view is from the lake, and the bonus is no crowds. She also set up Mickey's Backyard BBQ for our group. This is an all you can eat, alcohol included experience in Fort Wilderness, Disney. No one drives here. There are buses that shuttle people around from wherever you are to the pavilion where the BBQ is served. It is a country music show where people dance with Mickey Mouse. She booked us into a cabin in Ft Wilderness so we were close to all the action!

Maria did an amazing job providing what I wanted in a trip! Our hotel was perfect and more of an ocean view than I expected! Amazing ocean view! Planning the trip was painless and fun. Maria Moore sent us on our honeymoon cruise. She sent us a large box of bon voyage gifts that were both romantic and went along with our cruise ship and trip to the Bahamas. I have never received a box of bon voyage and wedding gifts from booking on line. .?As a top travel expert?, Maria has the? depth of knowledge, and industry connections can help make almost every trip better. Today is where the rubber meets the road – concrete reasons why it is often shortsighted, even foolish, to book a trip without a travel agent – even if you think you know what you are doing. ?? ?? The rich and famous with their extensive staffs of personal assistants, name recognition, deep pockets, automatic VIP status and clout use travel experts. I have found that the biggest resistance to using a travel agent comes from the ego of thinking we don’t need one. This makes no sense: If I needed to design a new home, I’d hire an architect, not use a “be-your-own-architect” website ?What was nice about using Maria as a travel agent was that she let us pay in installments. We paid little amounts throughout the year which we could not have done if we booked this on our own ?and accommodated each request beautifully. In addition, her travel suggestions added immensely to the trip. I had originally thought we would?- as a young honeymoon couple this really helped us budget. ?

My husband and I went on an Alaska cruise as part of an anniversary party for my sister. Maria gave us all the different cruise brochures and went over the pros and cons of each line so that we could make the best decision for us as a family and friends group. Maria spent a lot of time and effort making sure that all of our cabins lined up in a row. As a wonderful surprise, Maria upgraded us to concierge class!! We got a lot of extra benefits that we were not expecting. She also set up private shore tours for us. We went whale watching, to a salmon bake and even got to take a train from the ship to Canada which was spectacular!! Our family is so glad she was able to put this all together so we didn't have the stress of planning this cruise, all the excursions, hotels and much more. My family has used Maria for years as a travel agent. She has sent my parents and me on cruises and other trips, so I turned to her to help plan my honeymoon. One thing that we were able to do compared to booking on line is that she took partial payments for a year so we didn't have to pay it all at once. After looking at many different options, she found the perfect all inclusive resort in Cancun called Royal Suites Yucatan. As a surprise, she even went the extra mile to work her connections to get us into the Xcaret water park and nature preserve for free - saving us hundreds of dollars! I found maria Moore as an expert in our area on the Royal Caribbean website. We wanted something special for my daughters quinceanera so chose to go on a cruise to Europe. My husband is a Cuban citizen and Maria made sure he got everything for all the different consulates - Germany, Italy, Spain, France etc so he could go on this trip. We did not know all all the travel rules, and if we had booked on line or with a travel agent who didn't know the law he would not have been able to go on this trip of a lifetime. We ended up going on NCL instead of Royal Caribbean, as they had the best package with free drinks and a suite. Maria gave us information on all the cruise lines and stops so that we could make the right choices for our family. She came to my home on a Sunday, and also to my office in person to make it very easy and convenient for me. She was very patient as making multiple reservations as the number of people in our group kept changing. The only words to describe is amazing!! Maria has assisted us in planning several trips. She has always done great by us. This trip was not exception. This last trip was a cruise and she offered many tips that made our trip more enjoyable. From the start Maria was great and we could tell she was as excited as we were to talk travel and had an amazing amount of recommendations on where to go and what to do. It was also comforting to find out that she had been to all of the places we had asked about and many others we didn’t. The Itinerary she found was perfect and also fit our time window. She suggested going in a few days early to really explore and enjoy Venice without any time restrictions; she set up some tours for us and even made sure we had gondola experience, this is not to be missed. It was fun getting lost there. She was even able to make sure our balcony stateroom was facing St. Michael’s square during our ships sail away, this was spectacular. She was extremely helpful at helping us pick shore executions as the cruise lines have so many to choose from and she was right on with explaining which stops we wouldn’t really need to have one like Mykonos (another great place to get lost in). The tour she help us pick in Rome had us having lunch in a part of the coliseum, lunch along the Amalfi coast was also another highlight with fantastic views. She also helped us arrange a post cruise tour; we decided to come back though Copenhagen. We were able to see the Tivoli Gardens which she explained is where Walt Disney had the inspiration to create Disneyland. While there we also were able to do a canal cruise and see the Little Mermaid, all suggested and arrange by Maria. We would have never been able to pull this off without her guidance. Next trip we will DEFFINATLY be calling Maria. Great job!!

Maria has helped our family go on many cruises over the years to Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska, California coast etc so we went to her for help with our 30th anniversary which was a complicated trip to Europe. We told her the things that we wanted to see in different countries like the Eiffel Tower and Tuscany etc. She arranged to have us stay for a few days in each place with flights and transfers and a local guide who helped us with tours, food etc. It was the trip of a lifetime.

Maria put together a group cruise with family and friends to Antarctica for a one in a lifetime trip. What set her apart is her first hand experience - she has been to Antarctica twice on different cruise lines. She showed us all the different companies so that we could compare what would work best for us and the biggest thing for us was that we were able to board the zodiacs inside a stable hangar so that we could get to shore. This let everyone in our group go and we did not have to climb ladders or get wet and we went in all sea conditions. We would never have known this important detail to pick the right ship for us. I met Maria years ago at a networking group in Tucson, AZ and held on to her business card for over 8 years before seeking out her services. Thankfully, she didn't change the information too much when moving, and I was able to reach her. Living in Florida and the cruise capital of the world I consider myself a cruise expert but Maria found options I didn’t know about from San Diego. I met her in Florida but she used to live and work in San Diego as a tour guide and is still on the board of the zoo . She gave me all the tips and found special tours at the Safari Park and Sea World and knows the area and hotels and cruise port like the back of her hand. She has an agent who lives in Puerto Vallarta and was able to call and have local insider tips and information I wouldn’t have found on my own.

My wife and I met Maria at a bridal fair in Marana, AZ . The one thing that I was in charge of for the wedding was the honeymoon. I was so busy that I put off doing the honeymoon planning until the week before the wedding. My wife wanted a small romantic fancy hotel, and I wanted a super active mega all inclusive resort on the beach. She put us into two different hotels so we could each have what we wanted we spent one week at the small hotel and one week at the mega resort secrets in Cancun. This week we took a family trip to Puerto Vallarta. We wanted a big exciting all inclusive resort and told Maria to book the RIU Jalisco since she had booked us at the RIU in Cabo which we liked last year. When we got there on Friday night we decided that we did not want to stay there because it was too much of a spring break crowd, but the hotel manager told us all the other hotels were sold out. I called Maria on her cell late Friday night, and even though she was out of town, she worked all night calling many different resorts until she found us a perfect 2 bedroom suite at Las Velas for us and our 4 kids. The RIU was non refundable but she still got us our money back and applied to the other resort. From last minute cruises that she set for us out of Miami, to sold out hotels in Las Vegas for New Years eve, she always comes through and rescues our trips. We love Maria and how she cares so much about getting us our perfect vacations.
