Fantastic experience from start to finish. Christy took care of absolutely everything, making this such a stress free and fun adventure. She listened to what we wanted and hit the nail on the head. It's not easy to book for such a large family, but she was able to find us a villa with our own pool, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and plenty of space. We enjoyed unlimited room service and preferred status, and have never felt so pampered. We will be using Christy for every trip moving forward!

Christy was professional and courteous during the planning phase of our trip. She listened to what we wanted and provided us with several great options. We had a hiccup on our trip (no fault of Christy) and she spent an entire Saturday night going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and to assure we were happy with our trip.
