Sanctuary Cap Cana is a great resort, with attentive staff, beautiful grounds, lovely, large pool with zero-entry on one end and a swim up bar. Food was excellent and plentiful, with buffet serving whatever one wants and four other restaurants, two of which needed reservations. Weather superb everyday. Sadly, we did not get the requested ocean view room with a balcony, but were instead given an “upgrade” to a spacious one bedroom villa with two patios, but no ocean view and hard to even hear waves. Villa was in the jungle, not far from ocean and came with a butler, who helped arrange an excursion and made several dinner reservations for us. Traffic was terrible; I would not recommend renting a car (we used van service). Punta Cana airport too small for number of visitors, hence long lines everywhere, hard to find places to sit and wait. Van to resort, arranged by travel agent, worked great once we got on it. Excursion on catamaran ended up being closer to 5 hrs than the 3 we thought we signed up for, but it was quite fun and hot food was good, cooked on a floating kitchen that the boat hooked up to pass the food onto the boat.

Ronda helped me plan a trip to India over the last year and I don’t think I could have pulled it off without her! She was quick, responsive, and got everything lined up with ease. She gave me plenty of options for flights so it felt that I was a part of the process, which I appreciated. I will definitely be booking my next trip with Ronda by my side!

Had a wonderful time on my trip, and Ronda was simply fantastic! She really knows what she's doing and handled everything seamlessly. Wonderful trip. Ronda Christenson is a wonderful travel agent. She has so much knowledge with helping people with their travel needs. Helpful with having wheelchairs available for me for my needs. Is always looking out for her clients needs. Gives us copies of our trip with what we needed to know. Gives suggestion on what we might want to do. We will always see her with our travel needs. Enjoy that she calls me or emails me with suggestions of up coming trips that we might be interested in.

Making sure everything was in place before our trip was awesome. Having questions and getting answers were a top priority with planning a trip to Alaska. We both learned a lot as well and everything went as expected.

So appreciated how attentive Ronda was to helping with our trip to Ireland. Ran into a major snag with airlines just before we were to leave - she was there for us on Saturday night and Sunday when we were scurrying to book another airline while Air Canada went on strike. She is very knowledgeable in the tourism industry!

Amtrak to Glacier National

Rhonda provided excellent assistance in finding the best deal for my Alaska solo cruise. She made sure all the arrangements for transportation, excursions, transfers to/from hotels, airports, and ship were in place and provided detailed itineraries. She was available for any questions/concerns that came up prior to the cruise an during the trip. The final result was an exciting and worry-free cruise and land tour to Alaska.

Ronda's research, recommendations and delivery of answers for our many questions concerning our Avalon River Cruise on the Rhine River was excellent. Her prompt and thorough communication via phone and email kept us comfortable and satisfied with our choices and decisions. Because of her assistance we enjoyed the best trip of our lives.
