Amazing! First time Disney family. From the 1st phone call she was extremely helpful, informative with extensive knowledge of Disney, friendly, and a prompt communicator. Chrissy made excellent recommendations on what to do (we were clueless) and handled all reservations. She kept an eye on our trip and offers from Disney and saved us money when a new promotion came out after we had booked. Before our trip we received an impressive packet with our itinerary and she even included some surprise goodies for the kids. Chrissy didn't forget after booking. In our room was something from Chrissy letting us know she was thinking of us and that she would be available during our trip if we needed her. Her customer service was above and beyond from start to finish. Before this trip, I didn’t use travel agents, but now I will always contact Chrissy before any trip to see if she can help out. She is Disney magic!

Chrissy Vonderbruggen was great from the very start. I knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to stay. She worked at getting us a room at the Grand Floridian. She also arranged that our park days were with Magic hours. She arranged all our fast passes and our Dining Plan, this was all terrific. All we had to do was get up and go. Disney World was perfect as always. Then we also wanted to go to Universal and change hotels. She made the arrangements for a driver to pick us up and take us to Portofino Hotel on property. By staying at a property hotels ,one of 3, at Universal you get fast passes to all the rides, no trying to figure out which rides you really don't want to stand in line for. We had a wonderful time there. And we liked the driver so much we requested him to drive us back to the airport. We had a wonderful 8 day vacation. Thanks for the wonderful memories. WE WILL BE BACK TO HAVE CHRISSY MAKE OUR PLANS AGAIN, maybe for our 50th Anniversary 2020.

We had a wonderful experience planning our Disney family trip with Chrissy - from the parks and activities, dining options, character meets, parades and more. Everything flowed so seamless and we had time to venture out too. Lots of fun, photos and memories made. I met both Minnie and Mickey (which were on my bucket list to do)!

Chrissy helped me book a memorable birthday celebration for my daughter back at Disney. We had the most amazing time and got to meet her favorite characters too. She had her birthday at Tusker House and got a hug from Mickey and Minnie! It was perfect!! Chrissy made it all happen.

Christine was very helpful finding us a room nearby our friends. Then she went out of her way to help us with adding a friend to travel with us at the last minute requiring another room to book. We were so pleased with the treats she had waiting for us in our rooms and the helpful packet she mailed us with things that were very useful for our trip. We had several set backs to getting to our destination. First, the flight from Houston had to be rescheduled, second the rescheduled flight from Dallas was cancelled and had to be rescheduled which then that created a problem with our booking, which had to be rescheduled with the resort in Costa Rica. Through all this, Chrissy was a trooper. She patiently worked with the airlines to reschedule the flights, sometimes staying on the phone for hours until the flight was confirmed. Rescheduling our booking dates with Apple Vacations and the resort took a great deal of time and patience. Chrissy was a professional throughout all these set backs and followed through helping us to reach our dream of going to Costa Rica. She did not give up and we are so grateful to have found her as our travel agent. My husband and I will recommend her to our friends and anyone who wants an agent who will go the extra mile.
